Gorilladelphia: Suspook in Custody for Murder of Police Commander’s Son

Tyquan Atkinson.

Of all the things you shouldn’t say to niggers, “go on – pull the trigger, I bet that gun isn’t even real lol” has to be #1 on the list.

Literally #1.

Don’t say that to them, ever.

CBS Local:

Police say a suspect is in custody for the shooting death of a high-ranking police commander’s son. Police arrested 19-year-old Tyquan “Fats” Atkinson for the murder of 20-year-old Nick Flacco.

U.S. Marshals tracked Atkinson to a strip mall in Chester, where he was arrested after four days on the run. Atkinson was arrested just before 6 p.m. at a shopping center.

“We noticed a few dozen police cars show up,” Jamie Joseph said. “I heard footsteps on our roof and we were told to go back inside and that’s when things started to escalate.”

Joseph and Adam Gimbl run the Phantom Fireworks at the plaza and it turns out the footsteps they heard were police officers running across their roof. Hiding on top of the next door business was Atkinson, the suspect wanted for Flacco’s murder — the 20-year-old son of a Philadelphia police inspector.

We peeked outside, saw everything was OK, saw they apprehended them and went outside and caught some video,” Joseph said.

That video shows how police had to use a fire ladder to remove Atkinson from the roof next door, before placing him into a police vehicle.

Investigators say Atkinson shot and killed Flacco on Saturday night in FDR Park, where the victim and his friends were tailgating after the Phillies game.

Police say Flacco’s friends dared the suspect to pull the trigger because they didn’t believe the gun was real after an argument broke out.

Now, less than five days later, Atkinson will face murder, criminal conspiracy and firearms charges.
