Hero Who Protected New York City from Unhinged Violent Black to be Charged with “Manslaughter”

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

New York Times:

Daniel Penny, the 24-year-old Marine veteran who choked and killed a homeless man on the subway last week, will face a charge of second-degree manslaughter and is expected to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court on Friday.

The Manhattan district attorney’s office confirmed in a statement that it planned to charge Mr. Penny in the killing of the man, Jordan Neely.

“Daniel Penny will be arrested on a charge of manslaughter in the second degree,” the statement said. “We cannot provide any additional information until he has been arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court, which we expect to take place tomorrow.”

Mr. Penny encountered Mr. Neely, 30, on an F train on May 1 and placed him in a chokehold, killing him. Witnesses told the police that Mr. Neely had been shouting at passengers, but there has been no indication that he physically attacked anyone.

The police interviewed Mr. Penny, but initially released him without charging him. The struggle on the F train was captured in a four-minute video showing Mr. Penny choking Mr. Neely and holding on for an additional 50 seconds after Mr. Neely stopped struggling.

The video set off protests, and the Manhattan district attorney’s office began investigating soon afterward.

Yeah – the mob called for charges, and the DA responded to the mob. It’s literally a state-sanctioned lynch mob.

This individual Neely had been arrested forty-two (42) times, including multiple times for assaulting women. He was screaming that he’s ready to die, he’s ready to go back to prison.

He was a threat that we’ve all seen in the centers of every city in this shithole country.

This is George Zimmerman v. Trayvon Martin all over again, except that wasn’t on video, so the court case was designed to determine what happened. This Penny v. Neely incident was on video, and they still decided to bring charges. Everyone knows what happened. That means that the outcome of this charge is already known. There is no new information that can be added here.

This is a 24-year-old man, a marine who served this country, who is going to go to prison for 10 years, losing some of the best years of his life, because he did the right thing and tried to help people, to save lives, as a villain got in people’s faces and threatened them.

I’ve compared him to Batman – there have been positive and negative comparisons to Batman and Gotham City – but Batman goes out looking for criminals to stop. Penny was not doing that. Penny happened to be there, when a criminal lunatic was freaking out and threatening the citizens, and he had the ability to solve the problem and save the people.

But still – imagine a story where Commissioner Gordon arrests Batman because some criminal on drugs died when he was saving people. That would never happen in fiction.

The DA admits the death was accidental, or they’d charge him with murder. He was trying to restrain a violent lunatic, and accidentally used too much pressure. If they thought there was a chance they could get away with a murder charge, trust me, they’d try. So they admit it’s an accident. I’m sure Penny feels bad the guy died. There was nothing malicious. He was trying to protect the people.

This is Biblical – in our society, good is called evil and evil is called good. You want to chop up a teenage girl’s healthy tits off for no reason anyone has even bothered to try to explain? We’ll give you an award. You want to save people’s lives? You’re going to prison.

This is a dead country.

My advice to all of you is the same as it’s been for a while now: get out while you still can.

Nothing good is going to come from this place, and if you try to do good, you might well end up in prison for it.

I will say: a promise to pardon Penny needs to be in Donald Trump’s next speech. If we keep the CNN town hall energy going, this fits perfectly. Keeping this hero out of a cage for saving people’s lives is a single issue worth voting for.

P.S.

Show this picture to anyone in the world outside of America and Western Europe – Asia, Latin America, and yes, Africa – and ask them to point to the criminal:

More than 85% of the world – that same 85% that opposes the war in the Ukraine, by the way – is going to point to Neely as the criminal.

Most black people in America don’t even think like these Jewish-backed activist “protesters.”

Most black Americans would say: “you know, that nigga been wilin’, he finna pop off, white dude, he be just tryin’ get the nigga to calm hisseff.”
