The Oath Keepers are unsympathetic. People who know them from events all hate them. They carry around rifles like lunatics, they act like they’re the boss of everyone, pretending to be cops.
But they don’t break the law. Furthermore, they are “blue lives matter” cop-lover cucks. The term “Oath Keeper” refers to an oath that a military officer or a cop takes to defend the Constitution.
The idea that they planned a conspiracy to attack the Capitol is nonsensical.
But federal prosecutors have put that case together, and they’re going to put together many more such cases in the near future.
Remember: this is a boomer group, so they didn’t do a good job with communications. Meaning that there are records of feds coming in their chats and telling them to make bombs or whatever.

Prosecutors on Tuesday filed the first significant conspiracy charge in the US Capitol attack, alleging that three members of the so-called Oath Keepers, an extremist militant group, planned and coordinated ahead of the January 6 assault.
In an amended complaint unsealed Tuesday in federal court, an FBI agent divulged striking new details about the group’s efforts. Jessica Watkins, the alleged founder of an Ohio militia, had instructions to make explosives out of bleach printed out at her home, according to the court document.
Chilling messages sent between the militants during the siege that are quoted in the complaint appear to indicate they were searching for lawmakers inside the building as they sought to stop Congress from certifying the presidential election.
Presumably, they had some feds in their group that were sending those messages in the midst of the chaos.
Understand this: if you have a group, and one or more feds joins your group and commits crimes, you can be charged as a group with the crimes committed by the feds, and then at trial, the feds who actually committed the crimes can be let off while you are sentenced for them. That is how these conspiracy laws are designed to work.
But imagine that these boomers still had their communications from inside the building on digital record days after the event?
The were using Facebook messenger. Facebook messenger literally keeps copies of the messages on their servers even after you delete the messages. Everything that you’ve ever typed into Facebook is sitting on a server somewhere, which the FBI has more or less unlimited access to.
Signal auto-deletes messages, folks. Several other apps will as well, including Session and Ricochet. Don’t communicate in this capacity, ever, with an app that isn’t both encrypted and set to auto-delete messages.
They’re pretty frank about the fact that they are charging these people with messages sent from unknown people to them – not messages that they sent!
While at the Capitol, one alleged member of the conspiracy, Thomas Edward Caldwell, allegedly received a Facebook message reading “All members are in the tunnels under capital seal them in. Turn on gas.”
In subsequent messages, an unidentified person appeared to give Caldwell directions inside the labyrinthian government building:
“Tom all legislators are down in the Tunnels 3floors down” one says. “Go through back house chamber doors facing N left down hallway down steps,” says another, according to court documents.
Watkins turned herself into local police in the state on Sunday along with Donovan Crowl, another member of the Ohio group accused in the conspiracy charges.
The pair, along with Caldwell, are accused of moving together “in an organized and practiced fashion” as they pushed through a crowd towards a door to the Capitol building, according to a charging document.
The three were part of a group of eight to 10 people all wearing paramilitary gear and Oath Keeper paraphernalia, signifying their affiliation with the self-styled militia that’s driven by anti-government conspiracies, according to an FBI affidavit. (The Ohio militia founded by Watkins pays dues to the Oath Keepers, according to the affidavit.)
Yeah, that whole dues paying thing really gets you.
Everything that you’re reading about here is going to happen to the Proud Boys. Except it’s going to be a much higher profile thing. The Proud Boys have been set up as the ultimate evil over a period of years, and burning that group down in the post-Trump era is going to be basically like a kind of religious ceremony.
It’s a Jewish thing, and also a thing among all pagans to ritually sacrifice a group through public humiliation in order to inaugurate a new venture.
Individual charges against the three had been revealed in recent days but the new conspiracy charge grouping them together represents the most serious allegation of coordinated activity at the riot made by prosecutors investigating the events of the insurrection. Prosecutors have called Caldwell an apparent leader of the Oath Keepers, and had previously charged him alone with conspiracy. (Oath Keepers leader Steward Rhodes denied that to CNN.)
It’s not clear who is representing Watkins and Donovan on the charges. Caldwell was arrested in Virginia earlier Tuesday and at an initial appearance in federal court in Harrisonburg, Virginia, Tuesday afternoon, a federal magistrate judge ordered that he remain in jail as he awaits trial.
“The conduct and statements of Mr. Caldwell and the others, it really is just pure lawlessness,” Judge Joel Hoppe of the Western District of Virginia said.
Yeah, that’s great to have the judge come out and make a clearly politicized statement about where he stands immediately after the charges are presented.
They have not been convicted of breaking any law, nor is it even clear that it was illegal to enter the Capitol, which is a public building, after the cops are shown very clearly on video opening the doors and allowing people to file in.
Prosecutors said at the hearing that Caldwell could face more charges, potentially including federal riot and sedition charges. He currently faces charges of obstruction of a federal proceeding, destruction of federal property and two conspiracy counts that carry serious possible penalties.
If they can hit anyone with sedition, they’re gonna hit everybody with sedition. This case really ups the ante on the entire Capitol Storm.
Caldwell’s defense lawyer argued that he should be released because he is at risk of contracting Covid-19 in detention, his charges are not that serious and that he is a retired Navy captain who served the country and was honorably discharged. Caldwell said in court he still receives retirement payments from the Navy.
The best defense for all of these guys is going to be to go into court making Frank Hassle style demands that the judge thank them for their service.
If I was their lawyer, that’s what I would do. I would keep saying “your honor, this trial cannot possibly continue until you thank my client for his service.”
“Seventy percent of Republicans believe that the election was fraudulent,” his temporarily appointed defense lawyer said, adding that Caldwell’s opposition to the government wasn’t out of the ordinary for “blustering on Facebook.”
According to a recording of walkie-talkie-like communications that the militant group members were allegedly having during the riot, Watkins said that she was part of a team of 30 to 40 people.

“We have a good group. We have about 30-40 of us. We are sticking together and sticking to the plan,” Watkins said, according to the affidavit.
At another point in the recording, after Watkins reports to the group that unknown others were “throwing grenades” and “shooting people with paint balls,” a man responds to her telling her to be safe and adding, “Get it, Jess. Do your F**king thing. This is what we f**king [unintelligible] up for. Everything we f**king trained for.”
In an interview, Crowl’s mother, Teresa Joann Rowe, said her son, who previously served in the US Marine Corps, has expressed increasingly hostile political views in recent years.
“It felt like he did a 180-degree turnaround, felt like the world owed him a living and had a big chip on his shoulder,” she told CNN. “I don’t know if it’s because life didn’t go the way he planned.”
It is purely fantastical the way these people’s mothers are selling them out.
This same thing happened to that green shirt chick.
I just want to say that there are still some mothers on this earth who would not do this to their children, no matter how much they disagreed with their views. And that used to be the norm. I just always think about how if I went to my blessed grandma and told her I’d just killed a man, she would, without blinking, and without asking a single question, say: “you go get the shovel, I’m gonna pull the truck around.”

Oren Segal, vice president of the Anti-Defamation League’s Center on Extremism, said he’s concerned some of those arrested have US military backgrounds.
“Some right-wing extremist groups, particularly the anti-government Oath Keepers, have a long history of recruiting from current and former members of the military and law enforcement,” Segal told CNN.
“Oath Keepers are part of the resurgent militia movement, which believes the federal government has been co-opted by a shadowy conspiracy that is trying to strip American citizens of their rights. Though the Oath Keepers will accept anyone as members, what differentiates them from other anti-government extremist groups is their explicit focus on recruiting current and former military, law enforcement and first responder personnel,” he added.
The ADL is not just a Jewish anti-white lobbying group, or whatever it is the media presents them as, they are literally a part of the Israeli lobby. It is especially strange to quote representatives of the government of a foreign country in this context.
Although to be fair, they do pour huge amounts of money into doing intelligence on anyone who opposes or ostensibly poses or could potential pose opposition to the larger Jewish agenda in America. So I guess they are experts.
Keep Cool, Keep Quiet
If you were at the event, you are going to get a visit from the FBI, and you may be arrested, you may be charged with something.
No matter what these people tell you: you do not benefit in any way from talking to them. If they knock on your door, and do not immediately present a warrant, ask them if you are under arrest, and if they say “no,” immediately close the door.
If you are under arrest, be a man. Ask for God to protect you, and stay quiet. They will put you in a room alone for a while, and they will send different people in to try to get you to talk. Do not talk to any of them. Eventually, they have to release you into the general population, where you will be with other whites, and they have to give you a state-appointed lawyer.
Also: every call you make is recorded, and things you say on the phone will be used against you in court. If you have to call your mom and tell her you’re okay, just say “I’m okay, I didn’t do anything, I’ll be fine. Don’t worry about me. I love you,” and hang up the phone.
Nobody’s gonna stick anything up your ass. Prison rape is a myth made up by the Jewish media. If you get locked up, you’re just gonna be bored, you’re gonna do a lot of reading and working out. It’s not the end of your life.
If you haven’t been visited by the FBI yet, it is not illegal for you to delete communications. But again: you should not keep communications in the first place. If you get asked about deleting the communications in court, it will look a lot worse if you have to admit that the communications were deleted than if you’d never had the records of the communications in the first place.
