What is the point of Baltimore in 2015?
We know the elected black officials in 65 percent black Baltimore have no plan to combat the high rate of black crime in the city, for these individual acts by black people collectively keep gentrification from occurring; thus, black crime acts as a buffer keeping white people from moving into the blighted black areas of Baltimore and restoring civilization there.
For if civilization came back to 65 percent black Baltimore, the blacks currently living there – the population breeding one of the most violent black populations in all of America – would inevitably be priced out as whites improved the property value in the economically downtrodden city.
There is no great depression negatively impacting the economy in Baltimore; the economy is but a reflection of the negative impact blacks have on a city.
Black elected officials have a vested interest in not fighting crime, because if the fear of being a homicide or non-fatal shooting victim subsides, white people in the guise of urban pioneers will reclaim segments of the city and inevitable push back against these happily ensconced black public servants.
And we all know without the public sector, there is no black middle class.
As a taxpayer, you’ve already paid the white tax to aid black Baltimore in the form of $1.8 billion from the Obama Stimulus; the recent black riot/looting/arson/violence in the city – which black elected leaders did nothing to combat and did everything to excuse – will cost Baltimore nothing since the $20 million bill can be passed onto the federal government (your tax dollars fund this government).
Never forget: Councilman Nick Mosby – husband to Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn “No Justice, No Peace” Mosby – claimed the “system” has failed blacks in Baltimore, but it’s the system of Black-Run America (BRA) keeping blacks shielded from any criticism of the dysfunction they uniquely and unequivocally create. And it’s this dysfunction that keeps blacks like Mosby in power, with black criminality and the Visible Black Hand of Economics only augmenting their hold on the city and increasing access to government grants and aid.
But now, it gets even better. Baltimore City Schools, which spends $15,483 per-pupil (the second highest total in the nation, with only New York City spending more), will now offer “free” breakfast and lunch to every student.
For the first time in the history of the school lunch program, all children in Baltimore are created equal.
Beginning this week, every student in the city, regardless of income level, is being offered free breakfast and lunch under a federal program that allows school districts to eliminate a decades-old meal-subsidy structure for students in high-poverty schools.
Baltimore is among a handful of districts in Maryland taking advantage of the opportunity that was opened to schools nationwide last year.
Maryland schools are able to adopt the program under state legislation passed this year in the General Assembly.
Del. Keith Haynes, chief sponsor of the legislation, said Tuesday during an announcement at Beechfield Elementary/Middle School that the law is the “great equalizer” for city students, closing one more gap that exists from socio-economic disparities.
“We know that nutritious, balanced meals has a direct correlation to positive outcomes for our students,” said Haynes, a Baltimore Democrat.
“And we know not everyone has access to that.”
Eighty-four percent of Baltimore students qualified for free and reduced-priced meals this year based on family income under the National School Lunch Program, established in 1946.
About 13,000 paid $3 for lunch this year; the district dropped its reduced-priced meals in 2013 and paid the subsidy for those students to eat for free.
Free breakfast and lunch for every student in Baltimore City Public Schools… remember what Councilman Mosby said as he excused the ongoing wanton black destruction of Baltimore all around him:

“I mean, it’s bigger than Freddie Gray,” Mosby told Fox News Monday night. “This is about the social economics of poor urban America. And, you know, these young guys are frustrated. They’re upset. And unfortunately, they’re displaying it in a very destructive manner.
“You know, when folks are under-educated, unfortunately, they don’t have the same intellectual voice to express it the way other people are doing. And that’s what we see due to violence today.”

It’s almost enough to make Councilman Mosby and his wife want to dance. And so they did, knowing the rising levels of black violence in Baltimore only further ensures the white minority in the city will shrink and the black population will inevitable reach 80 percent of the city…
Baltimore, Md. State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has been anything but shy about her rising fame after pressing charges against six officers involved in the death of Freddie Gray. Gray’s death sparked widespread looting and riots across the city.
Mosby recently sat onstage in the VIP section of Prince’s special concert for Baltimore and did an interview with Vogue magazine.
She played “guest ringleader” with her husband, City Councilman Nick Mosby, Friday at the UniverSoul Circus. The theme for the performance was “Your life matters.”
he and her husband received the “UniverSoul Circus Community Service Award for their commitment to the well-being of the Baltimore community.” The circus insisted it invited the Mosbys before the Freddie Gray case.
In the midst of her receiving awards and rubbing elbows with celebrities, two more overnight homicides occurred in Baltimore. May is now tied for the third-deadliest month in four decades in the city.
There’s something so absurd about Baltimore in 2015 and yet, something so poignant in remembering H.L. Mencken once called the city home. What was he said about democracy? Oh yes: “Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard.”
Baltimore in 2015 will serve as nothing more than a case study for a future civilization whose children sit in a class eerily familiar to Heinlein’s History and Moral Philosophy.
For the population currently residing in Baltimore, which has elected one of the most inept and racially revealing group of leaders, serves no other purpose than to remind white people the errors of their egalitarian ways.
They represent an army bred to wash away white guilt once and for all.
