Insanely, they are also ready to fully rule-out terrorism as the motive, just hours after the attack.

A US citizen in her 60s was killed in Wednesday night’s knife attack in Russell Square, Bloomsbury, in which five other people were injured, the London Assistant Police Commissioner has confirmed.
Mark Rowley said among the injured were Australian, British and Israeli citizens. None have life threatening conditions.
He said the attacker was a Norwegian man of Somali origin.
Police investigating the attacks are close to ruling out a terror motive, saying “mental health” was a significant factor.
“The investigation is fast paced and we are making urgent progress.
“While the investigation is not yet complete, all of the work that we have done so far increasingly points to having been triggered by mental health issues.
“At this time we believe this was a spontaneous attack and that the victims were selected at random.”
The 19-year-old suspect has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is being detained in a South London police station.
Obviously, we here at the Daily Stormer know that there is no real qualitative difference between a “terrorist attack” and a “mental health attack.” Both are instances of the genes of the monkey being activated, and telling him to kill his racial enemies.
But the British government clearly has a vested interest in it being “mental health” rather than “terrorism,” as the implications of terrorism have a larger effect on the public, sparking more anti-immigrant sentiment, given that while “mental health problems” could happen to anyone, theoretically, “terrorism” is a uniquely immigrant phenomenon.
Ruling out terrorism just hours after the attack is totally outrageous. Given that he is Somalian, and not Nigerian or Jamaican or whatever, it is most likely that this did have something to do with Allah Akbar.

I only found one report giving a description of the latest mass-attacker – Daily Mail interviewed someone who described him as “like African” and “dark-skinned”:
A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a knife attack in central London in which a woman was killed and five other people injured.
Counter-terrorism officers are supporting the investigation into the incident, while Scotland Yard said early indications suggest mental health “was a factor”.
Armed officers raced to the scene in Russell Square on Wednesday night following reports that a man armed with a knife was targeting people.
A woman, believed to have been in her 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene, while two other women and three men were hurt.
A Taser was discharged during the arrest of the suspect. He received hospital treatment and was then taken into custody at a police station in south London.
The Metropolitan Police’s Homicide and Major Crime Command is leading the investigation, supported by counter-terrorism officers.
Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley said: “This was a tragic incident resulting in the death of one woman and five others being injured. Early indications suggest that mental health was a factor in this horrific attack; however, we are keeping an open mind regarding the motive.
“As a precautionary measure, Londoners will wake up this morning to notice an increased presence on the streets of officers, including armed officers today. We would urge the public to remain calm, alert and vigilant.”
In an earlier statement, police said terrorism was “one line of inquiry being explored”.
Eyewitness Zuhair Awartani told the BBC he saw the attacker being arrested.
He said: “I arrived here at my hotel and I saw the guy getting arrested just on the block.
“There were two police cars and he was like African … a dark-skinned man … late 20s probably.
“We heard that there’d been stabbing going on. The streets were blocked and no-one was allowed through.”
Could be mental health, could be Anders Breivik, could be violent video games.
No one knows at this point, but it definitely has nothing to do with race. Race doesn’t exist.
