Putin Addresses Anti-Russian “Cancel Culture,” Compares Russia to JK Rowling

The canceling of all historical Russian culture is something I didn’t really see coming. Banning classical composers and literary works is just one of the few things that has taken me off-guard.

I know some people will be incensed by Putin comparing this to what the Nazis did. And indeed, it is unfair to compare Dostoyevsky to Jewish books about transsexualism that the Nazis burned.

However, I will note: I’ve made the same comparison, because there isn’t really anything else to compare it to. Whether you think the Nazis were right or wrong to burn all of that Jew pervert material, it did happen, and this is the only comparison we really have to what is being done to Russian works now.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has compared efforts by the elites in the West to weaponize “cancel culture” against famous Russian composers and writers – in response to the country’s military offensive in Ukraine – to Nazi book burnings.

“Today, they are trying to cancel the whole of our thousand-year-old country, our people,” Putin said on Friday at a virtual meeting with recipients of presidential awards for achievements in fine arts and literature. The president blasted what he called “growing discrimination of everything connected to Russia” in some Western countries. He added that the process was “tolerated and sometimes encouraged by the ruling elites.”

“The so-called ‘cancel culture’ has turned into ‘the canceling of culture’. [Composers] Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich and Rachmaninoff are getting erased from concert programs. Russian writers and their books are also getting banned. Such a massive campaign to destroy undesirable literature was carried out last time by the Nazis in Germany nearly 90 years ago.”

“We remember it well from the footage of book burnings on city squares,” Putin said, referring to the practice of burning books by Jewish authors and other works by the Adolf Hitler regime in the 1930s. “It’s impossible to imagine such things in our country.”

Some Western institutions took action against Russian-linked works in the wake of Moscow’s military attack on Ukraine. The Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra in Wales removed Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s famous 1812 Overture, which celebrates Russia’s successful defense against Napoleon, from its program. Linda Robinson, one of the directors, said the overture was inappropriate at the present time because its parts are “military themed and they come with the sound of a volley of cannon fire.”

Putin also mentioned the attacks on JK Rowling for saying men aren’t women. It really is the same thing – as I’ve already written, the US government is treating this war against Russia as if it’s a social media campaign against someone who said something politically incorrect.

Rowling tried to distance herself from Putin, which I guess seemed only logical when hit with this news item and compelled to immediately respond.

But Rowling’s haters don’t care. They’ve instead said that it means Rowling supports genocide.

One prominent tranny appeared to take the opportunity to claim he is going to shoot Rowling with an anti-tank missile.

Rowling probably should have just tweeted “Putin is right” and then not followed up on it.

This attack and banning of Russian culture that was produced in the 19th century is weird on a number of different levels. I’m not really even sure it’s intended by the powers running the show. It seems like the media pumped up this hatred for the Russians as a race, and then these institutions just looked around for ways they could support the hate campaign.

The reason it is so confusing though is that it makes very clear to all Russian people that this is not a war on Vladimir Putin or the Russian government, but a war on the Russian people. I would have thought that the West would want to use the war in the Ukraine to lessen support for Putin, and yet they are doing the precise opposite of that. People who opposed Putin before this Ukraine situation now support him, as they feel – rightly – that they are under attack, and Putin is the only person who can defend them.

It’s the same thing with the sanctions directly against the Russian population.

What I would do if I was ZOG is prolong the war in the Ukraine while attempting to strengthen a fifth column in Russia, and then try to get the Russian people to overthrow the Russian government. That just seems very obvious to me. Yet all of these actions indicate that this is either not the goal, or that these people are really just so incompetent that you can’t even comprehend how incompetent they are.

Even if you were going to have a direct, open war with Russia – which appears to be on the table – you would still want as many Russians against Putin as possible, so you could rely on partisans inside of Russia to aid you in the conflict. There is also no benefit to directly attacking Russian culture, or directly sanctioning the Russian people.

These people running the West are simply not behaving rationally. That’s scary on some level, given the power they have, but it’s also heartening, as it shows that this can’t last very much longer.

The Jews are of course taking this opportunity to compare Putin to Trump.

I’m not sure this comparison is totally untrue, though I also don’t think the Jews understand the implications of it.

While the Jews are demonizing all Russians as a race, Putin appears to be reaching out to Westerners, stating accurately that Russia represents the traditional White Christian culture of the West, which has been attacked and effectively destroyed under the ZOG occupation.

You’re going to end up with a situation where there are more Americans sympathetic to Russia than there are Russians sympathetic to America. We’re probably already there.
