QAnon Shaman to Plead Insanity on Illegitimate Trespassing Charges

Frankly, I disliked the QAnon Shaman ever since he got into a fight with Nick Fuentes at the Stop the Steal rally in Arizona. He just seemed really faggy and stupid.

But it was obvious he was being theatrical. He isn’t really a “shaman,” whatever that even means – he was just trying to build a brand on theatrics like Marilyn Manson or Alex Jones.

But combine the fact that most Americans are too stupid to understand the concept of a “presentation” being different than the actual person, and the fact that he is a pussy and a fag, and you have a mental illness plea for his trespassing charges.

Reuters:

The participant in the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riots nicknamed the “QAnon Shaman” is negotiating a possible plea deal with prosecutors, after prison psychologists found he suffers from a variety of mental illnesses, his attorney said.

In an interview, defense lawyer Albert Watkins said that officials at the federal Bureau of Prisons, or BOP, have diagnosed his client Jacob Chansley with transient schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and anxiety.

The BOP’s findings, which have not yet been made public, suggest Chansley’s mental condition deteriorated due to the stress of being held in solitary confinement at a jail in Alexandria, Virginia, Watkins said.

“As he spent more time in solitary confinement … the decline in his acuity was noticeable, even to an untrained eye,” Watkins said in an interview on Thursday.

Every single person on earth will have their mental health deteriorate in solitary confinement. It’s classified by the United Nations and most countries as a form of torture, and that is not some exaggeration.

Everyone will eventually go insane if they are in solitary for long enough, just by the nature of the thing. This has been widely studied and you can look it up.

This shit is so serious that people who protest against it use art that looks like an Iron Maidan cover.

It’s also much more expensive than just keeping people in one big open space together, so it is not remotely close to being deniable that the US federal government is torturing the Capitol Stormers on purpose.

He said Chansley’s 2006 mental health records from his time in the U.S. Navy show a similar diagnosis to the BOP’s.

A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office declined to comment on the case.

Chansley is one of the most recognizable of the hundreds of Donald Trump supporters who stormed the Capitol after the then-president in a fiery speech falsely claimed that his November election defeat was the result of fraud.

Chansley, of Arizona, was photographed inside the Capitol wearing a horned headdress, shirtless and heavily tattooed. He is a supporter of the QAnon conspiracy theory that casts Trump as a savior figure and elite Democrats as a cabal of Satanist pedophiles and cannibals.

He faces charges including civil disorder and obstructing an official proceeding.

Watkins did not say what Chansley was considering pleading guilty to, but defendants negotiating plea deals typically seek to plead to a less serious charge to reduce their potential prison sentences.

Watkins said authorities will need to determine how Chansley can get access to the treatment he needs to “actively participate in his own defense.” Pleading guilty to a charge negates the need for a trial, but defendants still have to be declared mentally competent to do so.

Pathetic.

I’m so sick of people being such pussies.

People know my life story – it has not been cozy.

At any time, someone could throw a bag over my head and I could turn up 72 hours later in a CIA blacksite, where I could spend decades in some kind of Midnight Express type scenario.

But I don’t think about that – ever. I only say it now to tell you, the reader, that shit is real. I don’t think about the consequences for my actions because I’m going to do what I know to be right regardless of the consequences. No one could tell me any possible consequence that would prevent me from doing the right thing by God, because I know that I will be judged some day for what I’ve done on earth.

So the consequences are therefore not worth thinking about.

That is what it means to have faith in God and that is what it means to fear God.

From the beginning, I said: “If I’m gonna ride, it’s gonna be ride or die.”

Frankly, in my view, anyone who isn’t down to ride or die shouldn’t be riding at all.

Yes, obviously being tortured in solitary confinement sucks – but this guy was talking about Pizzagate. Did he think a bunch of satanic child rapists and ritual murderers wouldn’t torture him?

He should have been ready to go or he should have just vaxxed up and dropped out.

These are not mellow times, bro.

This surf is not up and it is not time to hang loose.
