Ohio Representative Mike Lee appeared on Fox News with Maria Bartolomoto this weekend to bizarrely claim that Russia’s attack on the Ukraine was “unprovoked.”
However, just a few months ago, he was on Tucker Carlson arguing that we are already provoking Russia and that we should provoke them more.

After watching the bizarre Tucker interview last November, where Turner was calling for massive amounts of weapons to be shipped to the Ukraine to provoke Russia, I went to his open secrets page to check his funding.
Imagine my shock.
America is the single most corrupt country on earth, in terms of just open bribery of politicians. It is also just absurd that no one ever mentions that these politicians are all bribed.
Mike Turner is talking about “defense of democracy” and no one even knows what that means. As far as we are able to tell, it just means “anal sex.” Zelensky nationalized all media and banned all opposition media before the conflict even started, then he went ahead and banned all opposition parties.
Also, the ban on speaking the Russian language is typically not considered “democratic” by most people who would use that word.
Furthermore, the government of the Ukraine is illegitimate in “democracy” terms, given that an elected government was overthrown in a foreign-backed coup in 2014. The revolutionary government held elections eventually, but elections held by a revolutionary government after the violent overthrow of an elected government – where the overthrown government is banned from running – are typically not considered valid in most people’s conception of “democracy.”
There is no actual argument that the Ukraine is “a democracy.” There is also no explanation of what this word even means. Again, it appears to mean nothing more than “man-on-boy anal.”
The Republicans are basically all on-board with Mike Turner.
They all just went to Poland to whine.
Rep. Mike Turner, R-Ohio, spoke with Fox News Digital while on a bipartisan congressional delegation to the Northeast Poland-Ukraine border, and described the “heartbreaking” effects on Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war.
Turner, who serves as the ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, traveled to Poland’s border with Ukraine over the weekend with House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., Republican Whip Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, Rep. Ken Calvert, R-Calif., Rep. French Hill, R-Ark., Rep. like Garcia, R-Calif., Rep. Michele Fischbach, R-Minn., and Democratic Reps. Stephanie Murphy of Florida and Kathleen Rice of New York.
The lawmakers met with Polish officials, along with representatives from the U.S. and NATO, and had conversations centered around the “local Polish response,” particularly on logistics and care for those Ukrainians who have been displaced.
They also had briefings on how to get weapons into the hands of Ukrainians to defend against Russian forces, which Turner told Fox News Digital should have happened way earlier if the Biden administration had immediately responded to pleas for assistance.
It’s all just so mind-numbing.
Turner and the rest of these paid traitors are still talking about sending the Ukraine MIGs.
What are they going to do with them?
They don’t have any airports. Russia bombed all their airports.
Moreover: how are they going to get them into the Ukraine? I mean, maybe they can use a road as a runway. But how will they get inside the country?
And why – oh why, why, why – would anyone expect that any new fighter jets would not just be destroyed, like all the other jets that were sent to the Ukraine?
The Ukraine has lost 95% of their aircraft since the conflict started.
I’ve been talking about this for a month, and have still not gotten any explanation. What exactly are they talking about?
The answer is of course obvious: there is no sense to this, there is no explanation for this. All they are doing is badgering the Biden Administration to score points, and they are trying to prolong the conflict with these fantasies about how Ukraine can win. They are also holding this in front of the Ukrainian people, and their military, making them think that the calvary is on the way, as they die and have their homes blown up for literally no reason.
How does surrendering the Donbass and agreeing not to join NATO affect the life of the average Ukrainian?
This is all just abject lunacy, and the only way they are able to get away with it is the massive censorship.
As you know, my website was just shut down yet again, and when I was interviewed recently, the interviewer got swatted.
Everyone telling the truth is getting banned from all social media.
In many European countries, they are banning the letter “Z” and arresting people and putting them in prison for showing support for Russia, or telling the truth about what is going on.
No reasonable person would go along with this madness if they had free access to information.
