It would be quite strange if these things were unrelated to the NATO campaign against Russia in the Ukraine.
It looks as though the West is attempting to expand the war into other theaters as part of a strategy of managing their losses in the Ukraine.

Kosovo is challenging Serbia’s security and creating the risk of violent clashes in the region, President Alexander Vucic warned on Tuesday while addressing the national parliament.
Vucic accused Kosovo authorities of exacerbating tensions on the territory’s border with Serbia by increasing the presence of special forces.
“We are at a moment when Serbia, due to the steps of Pristina, is facing significant security challenges… I want to say that the presence of the special forces of Pristina police in the north of Kosovo and Metohija is increasing. I will also tell you about the strengthening of our posts,” Vucic explained.
He stressed that “there is no creation of a crisis by the Serbian side,” and warned that “the danger is close, objective and serious.”
Vucic stated in a televised address last week that Serbia was being pressured by some European powers to resolve the conflict with Kosovo by signing an agreement, which would essentially recognize the breakaway province.
According to Vucic, Belgrade has also been asked to clarify its position on the confrontation between the West and Russia over Ukraine. Serbia has “again become collateral damage in the conflicts of the great powers,” Vucic concluded.
This is the relevant bit: the West is trying to pressure Serbia into doing something they know they won’t do. They are attempting to stir up this conflict out of nothing.
Just like in Serbia, the West also sides with Islamic terrorists in Armenia. This is the core Jewish strategy of dealing with Christians: use Islamics against them.
It’s not even just Christians they do this to – they have been using Moslems against China and the Chinese satellite of Burma as well. It the default to just empower the most psycho and destructive people they can find in any case. In the Ukraine, they used Jewish neo-Nazis in skull masks.
Speaking of the Ukraine – I haven’t even bothered to write much about this Russian withdrawal in Kharkov. It’s a small thing, which the Western media is blowing up. It was a small piece of land the Ukraine will not be able to hold, and Russia wasn’t defeated; they made a strategic retreat so they didn’t take the casualties of the full force of the NATO regiments.
It literally does not matter in the scheme of things. It’s probably embarrassing for Russia, and could be bad for morale, but in strategic terms, it doesn’t matter. This war is taking forever regardless, but the fact that the West is stirring up these anti-Christ wars in Serbia and Armenia implies that they’ve admitted that the Ukraine thing won’t work at this scale indefinitely.
Everyone thought they would back off come winter when there was a need to figure out some energy solution for Europe, but now they appear to be planning to just send Europe into a recession. Germany is a democracy, so the people have no ability to redress grievances. The government can just do whatever it wants. So now they’re just telling them to scrub their bodies with rags because they can’t afford showers.
