Supremely Kiked Court Rules That Sandy Hoaxers Can Sue Gun Manufacturer Remington for Alleged School Shooting

This is real, because Jews wouldn’t lie. I personally love Israel and the Jews. It’s your right to say this isn’t real, but it is the Jewish right to get the government to force you to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars if you say that.

It’s illegal in the United States to claim that the Sandy Hoax shooting was a hoax. It’s unclear if you can be forced by the government to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to a fat Jew if you simply believe it was a hoax. But you certainly can’t say it aloud, or the government will force you to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars, plus tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands in legal costs.

I think you can probably be forced by the government to give money to Jews for saying he didn’t deserve this, so be careful.

Some people pay hundreds of thousands in legal bills, then get charged millions of dollars for hurting the feelings of Jews.

We have a First Amendment in this country, but that First Amendment doesn’t protect you from being forced to pay unlimited amounts of money to Jews because of something you said on the internet.

The First Amendment doesn’t give you the freedom to not be forced to pay Jews because you said something, goyim.

So I want to make it clear: I 100% believe that the Sandy Hoax shooting happened exactly as the Jews claim it happened. I also love Israel and the Jews, and do not think they run scams.

But even though I believe that Jews never lie, I don’t think that Jews should be allowed to sue gun companies for making guns that someone else used to kill someone.

Jesus have mercy on my soul, I hope Jews can’t sue me for saying I disagree with this lawsuit.

CNBC:

The Supreme Court said Tuesday that it will not hear a closely watched case against gunmaker Remington, a move the company has warned could potentially increase the liability of firearm manufacturers to suits brought by victims of gun crimes.

The court’s action will allow the family members of children killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary school massacre in Connecticut to move forward with their lawsuit. The shooting left 20 children and six adults dead.

The families sued the makers of the gun that was used, an AR-15-style weapon made by Remington, in 2014, alleging that the company’s marketing of the weapon inspired Adam Lanza to commit the massacre.

Remington argued that its actions were protected under a 2005 law that shields gun makers from liability for crimes committed with their products. That law, the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, has come under new scrutiny amid a rise in mass shootings.

An exception in the law, provided in cases where the gun manufacturer knowingly violated the law through its marketing practices, paved the way for the families to launch their suit.

This has never been allowed by any Supreme Court.

But it’s being allowed by Trump’s Supreme Court.

The court that he tipped with his nominations.

And I keep hearing “well at least he nominated judges.”

But this is simply insane.

If someone pushes your son off a building, can you sue the construction company that built it? Can you sue the company that manufactured the steel used to build the frame?

Seriously – what the hell is this?

Did Remington market this AR15 as “perfect for a school shooting!”?

And even if they did – so what? What does that mean?

I dunno, guys.

Big problem here.

Big, big problem.

All of our rights are just being run around. They’re not going to have to change the Constitution. They are just going to make it irrelevant with all of these end-runs around it:

  • Jewish monopoly companies can take away your First Amendment rights
  • Jews can sue you over protected speech and you have to pay them money
  • People in black masks can attack you on the streets and if you defend yourself you go to prison for rioting
  • If the government decides you don’t love Jews and Israel enough, cops can come to your house and take your guns
  • Gun companies can be sued for selling guns

What is the point of either the First or Second Amendment when all of these things are true?

Both already mean absolutely nothing. On paper, they mean nothing, at all.

We are so absolutely doomed if gamers don’t rise up once and for all.

We only get one shot at this, king.
