The World Would Have Tolerated America’s Mad Brute Behavior Indefinitely. Then They Did the Russian Sanctions.

America is the mad brute.

The world now realizes there is no ceiling on the amount of damage this country will do, and they understand the worst part of all: that you cannot any longer expect it to act in its own interests.

People are freaking out and just trying to do anything they can to prevent the damage.

RT:

The Bank of Indonesia will launch its domestic card payment system in May as part of a strategy to reduce dependency on foreign systems and protect transactions from geopolitical fallout, RIA Novosti news agency reported on Monday.

Central bank Governor Perry Warjiyo reportedly said the country is officially launching physical domestic cardsย โ€œin close cooperation with the government and the Indonesian Credit Card Association (AKKI).โ€

In March, the regulator announced it was preparing to phase out Visa and Mastercard as it seeks more autonomy over its payment infrastructure by minimizing the role of foreign payment providers.

Indonesian President Joko Widodo earlier urged regional authorities to wean themselves off foreign payment systems and start using cards issued by local banks. He argued that Indonesia needed to shield itself from geopolitical disruptions, citing Western sanctions targeting Russiaโ€™s financial sector over the conflict in Ukraine.ย โ€œWe must remember the sanctions imposed by the US on Russia. Visa and Mastercard could be a problem,โ€ย he warned.

The US was pretty much allowed to do whatever it wanted forever because it kept the financial system working.

You send out a couple of monkeys, say you’ve got a thing with some powder and some rumors you can’t source, and the world is like “yeah sure go ahead and start a massive decades-long war for no reason and kill more than a million people.”

Then the world comes back for round two: “And hey, if you apes want to just keep, you know, randomly invading and destroying countries periodically, totally go for it. And if you wanna like, you know, fuck with leaders by using their own populations to overthrow them, that’s cool too. And 100% drop bombs on random people with drones. And hey, you can also go ahead and run secret torture sites all over the world, where you just kidnap people and throw them into a hole in Poland without charges for decades. And you can post pictures of people you torture. Videos of yourselves just killing randos. Whatever, guys. Don’t even worry. It’s all chill.”

America has been the mad brute since at least the end of World War II when they beat the good guys.

And the whole world basically tolerated it.

After the USSR collapsed, Russia tolerated so, so much. The world tolerated so, so much. These insane wars against the Moslems, that everyone knew only related to Jewish paranoia, were completely tolerated.

But then, for some reason – for some reason we still don’t really have an explanation for – the mad brute decided to weaponize the money system that they were entrusted with caretaking.

That changed absolutely everything.

You can now have the rug pulled out from under your entire economy because Uncle Sam gets it in his head he doesn’t like something you did.

I like to point to the “Post-Soviet Conflicts” Wikipedia page.

The 2022 invasion of the Ukraine is item number 38 on that list. It is the 38th item. You can go look at the list. There are items on there that are clearly much more important, in and of themselves, much more significant, and much harder to justify than this invasion of the Donbass. Of course, we know this is a power move against Russia, a country the Jews want to subdue, but the act of turning this into the most important conflict since WWII could just as easily have been because Creepy Uncle Sam woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Just imagine how much more important Crimea was in terms of every single metric. Was that the most important thing that ever happened, when Putin took Crimea in 2014? Or were people even paying attention to it? Was it even the top news story that month?

And then, for the first time ever, the US decided to fully weaponize the dollar system against Russia as a way to punish them for perceived infractions against “the rules-based order.”

The world, which had tolerated so much, freaked out.

During World War II, Germany was never kicked out of the BIS. This financial system, and the US control over it, was sacred.

That is why you have this new total alliance between Russia and China. It’s why you have China brokering peace with Iran and Saudi and ending the Yemen war (which, unlike the Ukraine border skirmish, was a real war). It’s why you now have the entire planet, save for Creepy Uncle Sam’s catamites in Europe, trying to figure out a way to get the hell out of the path of the mad brute.

If blood enemies like Iran and Saudi can make friends over this, there’s no reason China and India can’t make friends over this. There is no reason that the entire world can’t come together to isolate the mad brute.

The problem, as it stands, is that the world is still dollarized, and you can’t just make that go away. But it is now the mission of all of the most powerful and populous countries in the world to make it go away.

Those are the real stakes of the Ukraine war. I don’t know if Russia should have taken “Bakhmat” faster. It seems like they should have, but they were fighting all of NATO. We don’t know how many American PMCs there are there, aside from all the weapons. I have no idea if Russia will take Odessa or Kharkov. Frankly, I don’t even know if Zelensky will invade Crimea. Maybe he’s hired the fleet of Captain Jack Sparrow.

I am not in the war predictions game. Everyone is losing at that game, badly. There are a few people I know in real life who have said “it’s just going to be this crawling trench thing for years,” but I don’t know of any major figure who writes or does other media appearances in English who has said this. Virtually everyone is predicting imminent victory for one or the other side.

But here’s the thing: it doesn’t matter. As long as Russia doesn’t lose badly enough that it causes a color revolution in their country (which isn’t possible – it’s too late for that now), then the military movements are totally irrelevant. Both sides can keep claiming to be David and Goliath and explain away everything that doesn’t go their way as Ukrainian kids and Russian prisoners kill each other in trenches.

Meanwhile, the entire world is focused on attempting to figure a way out of this dollar system, where the world is not being held hostage by a country of lunatics.

It’s not altogether different than the plot of the third Dark Knight film, where Bane arms a nuclear warhead in the center of the city. Various events happen, and various intrigues between various figures occur, but everything comes down to the nuke in the center of the city, which ultimately gives Bane the power to do whatever he wants.

Remember, he blew the bridges and locked everyone inside the city with the bomb. He also preached liberation.

All of the events of the film revolved around the bomb, with the various fights meaning little.

Actually, it’s all basically exactly like that, except that Bane is cool and would not ever force anyone to have gay anal sex, or do anal fisting – let alone double fisting.

Strangely, the US appears to believe it can somehow win this on the battlefield. The Ukraine is irrelevant in itself, but if NATO were to invade, that would almost certainly mean China would commit as well. Meanwhile, you have new continuous discussions of the idea of an invasion of Taiwan (provoking or staging a Chinese invasion in order to justify an American invasion).

This scenario makes zero sense to me. I have read through some of the various RAND and CSIS documents, and they do not appear to have been written for the purpose they claim to have been written for, anymore than the war games appear to be designed to produce actual useable data. I suppose the obvious implication would be that they are designed to fake out the Chinese, to try to provoke an invasion, to cause discontent among the ranks of the CPC leadership, but if I’m able to figure that out, surely the Chinese can figure it out, and surely the Americans can figure out that the Chinese can figure it out.

There is no scenario of war with China that results in the United States maintaining control of Taiwan, let alone doing a regime change in Beijing. It seems likely they would lose control of South Korea, Japan, and the Philippines as well, and possibly even end up with some symbolic disgrace in Australia.

There are only two options:

  • The leadership of the United States is totally out of control, populated entirely by deranged people who are stupid and/or mentally ill (if you look at people like Jake Sullivan or Ned Price, or for that matter, Victoria Nuland, this seems to make a lot of sense), or
  • The leadership of the United States is pretending to be totally out of control

If the first thing was the case, all of the non-deranged people operating within the government would be told and simply assume that the second thing was happening.

I’ve written previously (in places I cannot currently locate) that it is virtually impossible to run a complicated system completely on lies, because a complex system requires some kind of frank communication. In this system, every person who tells the truth (or says something the leadership dislikes, whether it is true or not) is fired. Look at the way Mark Milley tiptoes around, saying these little things and walking it back.

Milley appears to believe the United States has something close to zero readiness. So in order for some non-deranged situation to be the case here, Milley would have to be pretending to believe the military doesn’t have readiness, presumably to confuse the Russians and the Chinese. But how would the apparatus of think tanks be aware of this fake out?

Obviously, you can go through and ask a million different questions like this, and as far as I am able to tell, you cannot ever get anywhere with it. At the very least, the overwhelming majority of the US government and its various apparatuses does not understand what is going on or what their plans are – other than that they have an armed neutron bomb in the form of the global financial system, but that it will eventually be disarmed if they do not do something to prevent the Chinese from fully establishing themselves as the center of global economic and political power.
