New York Post:

Two men linked to the pot grow-house explosion that killed FDNY Battalion Chief Michael Fahy in the Bronx in 2016 were slapped with up to six years behind bars Friday.

Garivaldi Castillo, 33, and Julio Salcedo, 36, were sentenced in Bronx Supreme Court after pleading guilty to second-degree manslaughter charges and criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree.

As part of the plea agreement, Castillo will serve two to six years in prison for the manslaughter charge and five years on the marijuana charge, while Salcedo landed one to three years behind bars for the manslaughter charge and four years for the marijuana charge.

The prison sentences for both men will run concurrently, officials said.
