This sounds very much like an announcement of a plan to do a chemical weapons false flag in the Ukraine.
The entirety of Twitter is already filled with stupid false flags, showing various fake atrocities and blaming dumb actions committed by Ukrainians on Russia.
There is no real war even actually happening. There is zero reason Russia would use chemical weapons, and there is no reason anyone would say this unless they were planning – or at least considering – a false flag.
British Foreign Secretary Liz Truss says Russian President Vladimir Putin could use “the most unsavory means,” including banned chemical or biological weapons, to defeat Ukraine.
“I urge the Russians not to escalate this conflict but we do need to be prepared for Russia to seek to use even worse weapons,” Truss told Sky News.
She said the International Criminal Court is watching events in Ukraine, and that Putin and the Russian government would face “serious consequences” if it committed war crimes.
Shockingly, this same cunt drummed up the chemical weapons hoax in Syria.

They probably haven’t decided on doing something like this, because it would be so obvious.

There is no contest between the Russian and Ukrainian army. The Ukrainian army isn’t even fighting – we have not seen any footage of them fighting.
We’ve seen neo-Nazis shooting from residential areas, and Russians refusing to respond.
We’ve seen Ukrainian militias that the Ukrainian government handed out weapons to fighting each other on the streets.
And we’ve seen the streets controlled by Russians.
But I guess people believed that Assad gassed his own people for no reason in the middle of a war, so maybe they will believe this?
The thing is, the heavily armed Israeli and American terrorist groups fighting the Syrian military were symmetrical. When someone has a vast asymmetrical advantage, deploying chemical weapons would be nonsensical.
But hey – so is throwing a balloon at a tank.
So, as always, nothing is required to make any sense.
The thing about this is… I’m not sure what the point of it would be. They’ve already done full sanctions. So unless they just want to justify the destruction the sanctions are going to cause in the West, what more do they really need to do to demonize Russia?
