This is at the top of the Zionist and neoconservative Russophobe war propaganda outlet Fox News:
Fox News claims that they have confirmed a New York Times report on this – by asking Jake Sullivan.
Russia asked China for military and economic aid following their invasion of Ukraine, Fox News has confirmed.
In an attempt to protect intelligence sources, U.S. officials have been reluctant to detail what type of aid is being sought.
The request for military assistance, which was first reported by The New York Times, has reportedly raised concern among U.S. officials that China might interfere with any efforts from Western nations to assist Ukrainian forces.
“We are communicating directly, privately to Beijing, that there will absolutely be consequences for large-scale sanctions evasion efforts or support to Russia to backfill them,” National Security adviser Jake Sullivan said Sunday.
“We will not allow that to go forward and allow there to be a lifeline to Russia from these economic sanctions from any country, anywhere in the world,” he said.
Never forget the infamous back and forth between Sullivan and an AP reporter, Mike Lee, where Sullivan repeatedly claimed that his own statements are “proof” of whatever he is stating.
At the time, Sullivan was claiming that Russia is planning a false flag event using crisis actors, basically describing something similar to the way Alex Jones portrayed Sandy Hook.
So, Fox News didn’t “confirm” anything.
In the same article, Fox also cites Jen Psaki – actually embedding her tweet – claiming that she knows the Russians are planning a chemical attack.
Now that Russia has made these false claims, and China has seemingly endorsed this propaganda, we should all be on the lookout for Russia to possibly use chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine, or to create a false flag operation using them. It’s a clear pattern.

It’s funny how Fox News is ostensibly anti-Biden, but when it comes to this fake war – which is actually a border skirmish between Russia and one of its former colonies – the Biden Administration is factual in every statement.
I mean, you can understand the New York Times doing this – taking Sullivan’s word as if it is the word of God – but Fox is ostensibly critical of the administration and its agenda.
We’re now back to where we were in the Bush years, when Afghanistan and Iraq were invaded, and both “right” and “left” media were entirely on the same page.
Needless to say, China has denied these claims.
RT:
The Chinese Embassy in the US says it has no information about Russia’s alleged request to China for military assistance, noting that Beijing’s focus is on bringing tensions down in Ukraine.
Citing unnamed US officials, the Financial Times reported on Sunday that Moscow asked China “for equipment and other kinds of unspecified military assistance” to support its offensive in Ukraine. The report added that the White House was concerned “Beijing may undermine western efforts to help Ukrainian forces defend their country” if it chooses to grant the alleged request.
The allegations were also picked up by the New York Times, CNN, and other Western publications. CNN reported, for instance, that Russia had requested “drones” from China, while the NYT said that its sources declined to discuss the “kind of military weapons or aid” Moscow was allegedly seeking, citing the need to keep the process of intelligence-gathering secret.
Upon being asked about the reports, Chinese Embassy spokesperson Liu Pengyu told Reuters later on Sunday that he “had never heard of that [request],” and said China’s priority was “to prevent the tense situation from escalating or even getting out of control.”
I think it’s a virtual certainty that Putin has sought assurances from China that some form of support will be given if US/NATO decides to turn this into an open war with Russia, but the idea that Putin would be requesting weapons from the Chinese – now, to use in the Ukraine – is just dumb.
Russia has not deployed anything close to its entire arsenal into the Ukraine. There are still masses of troops prepared for battle on the border in both Russia and Belarus.
So, what is the point of this hoax?
I think aside from the obvious and stupid narrative that Russia is somehow losing the conflict because they thought they would finish it in 90 minutes, there is now an emerging agenda to conflate China and Russia as the same enemy. This is in some ways I guess true, in that they are allies and both now considered enemies of the West. But if the US starts pushing for the same kind of lunatic actions they’ve taken against Russia to be taken against China, it’s just total suicide.
People on Fox News are already pushing for this, by the way.
The argument is that even if China isn’t providing military aid, that if they maintain trade with Russia – which they’ve confirmed they’re going to do – then they are a “lifeline” supporting the horrible and terrible massacre-genocide atrocity of the Ukraine conflict.
If the media and the Twitter army start pushing this narrative… well.
