What’s the Name of the Guy Who Got Charged with Price Gouging?

A guy is charged with price gouging in San Francisco.

I wonder what his name is?

SF Gate:

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra and Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Malley said Thursday that misdemeanor price gouging charges have been filed against a Pleasanton grocery store and its owner for allegedly raising prices during the COVID-19 coronavirus emergency.

Becerra and O’Malley said that following a joint investigation, they filed nine misdemeanor counts in Alameda County Superior Court against Apna Bazar and its owner Rajvinder Singh, 50. O’Malley said it’s the first-ever price gouging action in the county.

The two prosecutors said California law prohibits increasing prices by more than 10 percent after a state or local emergency is declared.

Gov. Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency on March 4 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic but Becerra and O’Malley allege that Singh allegedly raised the prices of essential food items by more than 10 percent.

Rajvinder Singh, eh?

Huh.

It’s not the first case in the country. There was a case a couple of weeks ago in New York (also described by the media as the first case).

What was that guy’s name?

AP:

Federal prosecutors charged a New York retailer Friday with hoarding tons of disposable masks, surgical gowns and hand sanitizer in a Long Island warehouse and selling the items at huge markups.

Amardeep “Bobby” Singh, 45, was charged with violating the Defense Production Act of 1950 in what authorities described as the first such prosecution during the coronavirus pandemic. Singh is expected to surrender to authorities next week in the case around what is known as personal protective equipment, which has become a hot commodity during the outbreak.

Singh again, huh?

Two cases in the country, on either coast and the guys have the same name. Weird. Maybe they’re brothers.

There was another guy charged with price gouging up in Canada.

I wonder who he is?

Winnipeg Sun:

Alberta has charged a Calgary-based supply company with COVID-19 price gouging, but the company’s owner says he himself is paying massively inflated prices just to bring in supplies like masks and sanitizer.

“I’m trying to compete globally — globally. The price is going to be higher,” Yan Gong, owner of CCA Logistics Ltd., said Friday.

“Either we make some small profit or we actually donate (the material) to local communities.”

Earlier Friday, Premier Jason Kenney announced that CCA is the first company to be charged with price gouging during the pandemic in Alberta.

Yan Gong, huh?

Well I’ll be.

You see what’s going on here, don’t you?

Asians are being targeted by a racist conspiracy. As the hard sciences tell us that all races are exactly the same, the only way you could look at three cases of price gouging in North America and have them all be Asians is that there’s a racist conspiracy.

We’re seeing the exact same thing in New York City, where 80% of arrests for violating the lockdown are blacks and Latinos.

This is what white people do. Whenever there’s a crisis, they use it as an opportunity to use their corrupt powers to abuse people of different races because they hate the color of their skin.

Because although all races are exactly the same in every single way and literally indistinguishable from one another, there is one notable difference: white people are pure evil.
