Let me ask you this. If a White man walked up to a Black woman sitting in her car doing nothing and shot her in cold blood, would that make headlines more than local news?
Would CNN report on it like the guy who stabbed some black with a sword?

Chelsie Lynn Kirschten, 23, was at the intersection of Fortification and State streets along with a female friend just before midnight when police said a man came up to the driver’s side of the car and shot Kirschten in the back and ran away.
Police said the shooting appears to be random. Nothing was stolen and the shot was fired through the closed window of Kirschten’s white Pontiac G6. The gunman didn’t say anything and walked away after the shooting, Cmdr. Tyree Jones said.
“We’re still in the preliminary stages. We’re not sure if they know one another or if there is any type of affiliation, but based on preliminary indications, this just seems to be possibly an individual just walked up to the vehicle and fired a shot,” Jones said.
Jones said the passenger in Kirschten’s car described the shooter as a black man wearing dark-colored clothing, possibly with a hood.
Jones said there is no evidence at this point to tie the shooter to any other crimes.
“This is a very tragic situation,” Jones said. “Of course, it draws a lot of attention, not only from the community, but from the surrounding areas as well. We would like to identify this individual who is responsible and hold him accountable and charge him, as well.”
Sounds like Twin Peaks needs a certain McDonald’s mascot to help them with this investigation…..
