It’s almost like the media wants to create completely unhinged white racism in order to justify a crackdown on white men.
Diversity, Inclusion and Equity (DIE) workshops appear to “take white men who have unconscious anti-Black racial prejudice and turn them into full blown explicit racists,” according to Yale professor Jason Stanley.
“From my limited anecdotal perspective, DEI workshops take white men who have unconscious anti-Black racial prejudice and turn them into full blown explicit racists,” Stanley said Friday on Twitter. “I hope that’s not happening at scale.”
“I believe in the goals of these workshops and I agree with many of their presuppositions about reality,” he continued. “But I am seriously worried about their effectiveness.”
Ibram X. Kendi (born Henry Rogers) last year similarly lamented the “concerted backlash” against his so-called “anti-racist” ideology.
“I do think there’s a concerted backlash from people who recognize that this time last year a growing number of Americans were either speaking out against racism or growing an awareness of the problem of racism,” Kendi told the Guardian. “That growing awareness has put a spotlight on certain policies and certain ideas and even certain people who have been facilitating systemic racism and so those very people are like, ‘How do we turn off the spotlight? How do we make the problem the people identifying us and our racism as the actual problem as opposed to racism itself?’”
Kendi believes that white people need to be actively discriminated against to fight discrimination.
I can say this from personal experience: my website was promoted everywhere when various boomers didn’t understand that it was satirical and ironic. They thought it was just some kind of virulent hate site.
When someone explained to them that it was a bit more complicated than that, and I was not actually promoting blind hatred of nonwhites, my site was completely blacklisted.
What the government is trying to promote among white people is blind race hatred, because they’re trying to provoke violence. There’s no other reason they would be making the decisions they’re making. What I have promoted is a cooler-headed approach, and an understanding that mass immigration and black crime are organized from the top to hurt white people, and that simply hating immigrants and black people doesn’t accomplish anything.
I’ve also argued against all manifestations of anger, just on principle, as I am quite certain that no one has ever thought more clearly because they were angry. People should use logic and thoughtfulness in analyzing what is happening to our country, and use logic and thoughtfulness when looking for solutions.
Clearly, there is a very serious problem with both immigration and black behavior. These are problems that need solutions. But blind rage and hatred are not a solution to anything, and are only going to make things worse.
Going all the way back to desegregation, you had all of these hate mobs, and none of them ever accomplished anything, because they were not looking at the root causes of the problem. If hate mobs worked, we wouldn’t be in this position in the first place.
