Zelensky Says Unnamed Leader of EU Member State Asked for Proof Bucha Wasn’t Staged

Just to be clear, it wasn’t me that asked him for this proof.

I am not the head of any EU member state.

It’s confusing why he would even bring this up. He’s apparently saying “get a load of this – they’re asking me for proof of an atrocity hoax I don’t have any proof of! What evil?”

It gives credence to the continued claim that this guy is always on cocaine.

Presumably, insiders would know who it was. I would think it might be Emanuel Macron, given that he’s been the one who has been pushing for negotiations. The most obvious would be Viktor Orban, but I don’t even think they are talking to each other at all.

RT:

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has revealed that an EU member state’s leader called into question Kiev’s version of events surrounding the Bucha killings, asking for proof that the atrocities were not staged.

Speaking to German newspaper Bild on Friday, Zelensky described how a leading EU politician asked him for evidence proving that the Bucha massacre had not been staged. The remark came after the Bild journalist asked what the worst thing he had heard in recent days was. When the interviewer probed further, asking whether it was the head of state of an EU nation, Zelensky replied in the affirmative, though he refused to name the official.

Ukraine claims Russian troops committed atrocities against civilians in the town of Bucha northwest of Kiev before retreating last week. Russia has rejected the accusations, and claims Kiev manipulated evidence in what it calls a “provocation.”

Commenting on Berlin’s support for Kiev, the Ukrainian president lamented Germany’s apparent lack of enthusiasm for tougher sanctions against Russia.

“Some countries, and Germany is among them, are against an oil and gas embargo,” Zelensky said, adding, however, that he was content that the EU’s fifth round of sanctions “contains the coal and timber embargo.” He also accused Berlin of being overly cautious in its support for Kiev, refusing to provide the country with weapons for some time, and stressing that Ukraine would not become a NATO member state. But, according to Zelensky, “Germany’s rhetoric has changed” over time, despite the country being “conservative and cold.”

Asked if he was prepared to sit down with Russian President Vladimir Putin and talk, Zelensky said, “today Ukraine has no way out other than to sit down at the negotiating table.” He added that “no one else in Russia has the power to stop this war,” as Putin is the only one who “decides when this war will end.”

That also sounds like a coked-out statement. He’s been saying for over a month that he can beat Russia if he just has enough weapons. That has been the full narrative, despite the fact that Russia hasn’t even committed 10% of its forces and it has almost completely obliterated the Ukrainian military.

Freeze that.

Zoom in (in case the tweet gets deleted).

If that’s what winning looks like, then damn dawg, I’d hate to see what losing looks like.

This “Ukraine is secretly winning the war and Russia is retreating because they are losing so badly” narrative is obviously not going to be sustainable for very much longer. We recently saw that the “destroyed Russian economy” narrative collapsed when the media was forced to admit that the ruble is now worth more than it was before the Ukraine operation started.

This Bucha hoax and the ensuing train station hoax are obviously a Hail Mary play to attempt to get the West more involved, and to try to sway some of these neutral countries into believing that Russia is actually pure evil.

Who knows if these were done by Ukie forces or by Western “advisors” on the ground. Even if they were done by “advisors,” it doesn’t really even mean it was approved by the leadership of the State Department (whoever that might be). Victoria Nuland would have the authority to unilaterally order these hoaxes to be carried out, without the approval of anyone else in the Biden Administration. But also, the Ukrainians could have just done it themselves.

Both of these are so sloppy and so easily disproved, it makes me think the Ukies did it, but the US government is also very sloppy these days.

The Day of Decision Approaches

We’re headed for the ultimate battle of Donbass, which is going to be a slaughter, but which is going to effectively end the war. When the UAF in the East is either slaughtered or surrenders, the military leaders in Kiev are not going to keep fighting, and they will surrender. At least half of the remaining Ukrainian forces are in the East, and they don’t really have a way to get weapons in, and there just aren’t really that many soldiers left.

Of course, even if you believe this gibberish narrative in the media, Russia is not going to like, surrender. They could double the amount of forces in the country in probably 72 hours if things actually started to go bad for them. They could also up the bombing campaigns.

As I said from the beginning – the conflict was always over before it started, and it was just a matter of how long the West was able to drag it out. The West is using the lives of the Ukrainian people, allowing their houses to be destroyed, as part of a stupid plan to prolong the inevitable.

Of course, the other option is a full NATO invasion of the Ukraine. That would definitely force a Russian retreat. Russia does not have the ability to win that. But that would also simply prove the point: the US has totally lost their ability to exercise soft power to control the world, and is now so desperate that they are willing to go all in to protect a country that doesn’t even matter.

The most likely thing is that the US is going to offer an unconditional surrender. If NATO invades, there is a high likelihood Putin could decide he’s also going all in, pull the forces out of the Ukraine and then start firing nukes at Europe. I mean, he’s said he will do that, and he seems to do things he says he’ll do.

An EU leader asking for proof Bucha was not a hoax shows that Europe is nowhere near as committed as the US to this bizarre agenda, and you are likely to start seeing some pushback if the US starts really pushing for a hot war.

The entire Western world would enter into a period of borderline starvation in such a case. We are already facing a collapse of the US dollar as reserve currency, and a slow slide into the abyss, as a result of these very strange sanctions.
