Multiple shootings in Austin, Tex., early Sunday killed at least one woman and injured four other people, officials said.
Gunfire erupted around 2 a.m. local time outside the popular bars and music clubs on E. 6th St. and San Jacinto Blvd. in Downtown Austin, KVUE-TV reported.
“Active shooter incident downtown, multiple victims,” the Austin Police Department tweeted. “Stay away from downtown.”
Police said two separate shootings happened within the same area. Officers reported the two scenes secured just after 3 a.m. Sunday morning. It wasn’t immediately clear whether police had identified or arrested any suspects.
A woman in her ’30s was pronounced dead at the scene at 208 E. 6th St., according to Austin-Travis County EMS. Emergency officials said on Twitter that there were “multiple incidents occurring” and at least three other people with gunshot wounds.
Ambulances rushed two women and one man to University Medical Center Brackenridge. There was no immediate word on their condition early Sunday. A fifth injured person, a man, declined medical aid.
A 44-second video posted by one Twitter user showed a crowd of people walking in the streets as at least four shots rang out. The confused crowd scattered in every direction.

I’m betting it’s just normal Black behavior.
Because it was a woman killed, it could have been a White – that is the only sort of murder we commit, killing our girlfriends when they slut it up (totally justified tbh fam). But the fact that there were others shot means that probably isn’t the case.
The Twitter video seems to show mostly brown people and was filmed by a Paki.

The voices don’t appear to be normal Black chimpout voices, which are very distinct.
