At a recent function celebrating outgoing Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napoitano, Vice President Joe Biden suggested that Obama should nominate Napolitano to the Supreme Court if another vacancy comes up. When you compare Napolitano to the two women Obama has already put on the Court, one sees a common theme:
