Tulsa police have identified the two people killed in a shooting Wednesday near 51st and Memorial.

Officers say Davion Wilkes got into an argument with his apartment manager, then shot the manager and a maintenance worker nearby.

Police identified the victims as 57-year-old Jane Hall and 34-year-old Bayron Rodriguez.
