It is hard to imagine something more anti-social than forcing your co-workers to watch you masturbate.
However, this is just totally standard Jewish behavior. And the thing is, Jeffrey Toobin was obviously thinking, “well, everyone on this call is Jewish, so I’m sure they’ll get a laugh out of it.”
I’m sure he was shocked when he got charged with Jew-on-Jew jerking.
CNN appears to be stuck between a rock and a hard place after star legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin was fired from The New Yorker magazine following an internal investigation into his Zoom call masturbation incident.
Toobin, who had written for the venerable periodical since 1993, was initially suspended last month after he was reportedly seen masturbating on a Zoom call with colleagues.
“As a result of our investigation, Jeffrey Toobin is no longer affiliated with the company,” a spokesperson for The New Yorker confirmed to Fox News on Wednesday.
At the time the scandal broke, CNN granted Toobin’s request for “some time off while he deals with a personal issue.”
Now, the pressure is on CNN to decide whether to fire its loyal commentator of 18 years or keep the embattled analyst on the network’s airwaves.
“CNN has been lecturing the American people about how we all need to come together, heal as a country, and show decency, but they have little room to talk seeing as how they didn’t move to quickly fire Jeffrey Toobin for his horrid act on the Zoom call,” NewsBusters managing editor Curtis Houck told Fox News. “So until they make clear that Toobin’s behavior was unacceptable and they axe him, no American should want anything to do with their condescending platitudes about decency and unity.”
Imagine that they are planning on bringing this guy back on air, after it is known publicly that he forced his co-workers to watch him masturbate.
How long will it be before he decides his career is over, and decides to go out with a bang by masturbating right on CNN live?
I would respect CNN if they made a joke out of it and started saying, “we go now to Jerkin’ Jeff Toobin – our producer has confirmed that he’s decent! Jerkin’ Jeff – how’s it hanging and what’s the stroke? Give us the hard truth.”
But they won’t do that. They will just wait a few months and bring him back, confident that virtually everyone who watches CNN is too stupid to even remember that this event happened or who it involved.
