Twitter will be forming a content moderation council with widely diverse viewpoints.
No major content decisions or account reinstatements will happen before that council convenes.

I don’t know what it means, so I’ll let him explain himself.
But it seems to me that if he’s just going to reverse all the bans and let everyone say whatever the First Amendment says they can say, he does not need a council.
That tweet could mean something different than what it appears. He might be talking about the safe space function that we talked about earlier today.
But I specifically requested Donald Trump be back tonight, and I did not request any councils. This is not what was sold to me. I was sold the First Amendment.
I’ll give Elon the benefit of the doubt for the time being. We’ll see.
Right now, it’s a total free for all on Twitter.
