Erdogan Delivers Victory Speech (Obviously)

There was never any doubt.

I didn’t even bother reporting on the Turkish election, because the claiming that there was a possibility of Erdogan losing was just trumped-up nonsense from the Jewish media.

RT:

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has addressed a huge crowd of his supporters from the balcony of his party’s headquarters in Ankara early Monday morning, saying he believes in a victory in the first round, but unlike his opponents will patiently wait for the final results to be announced.

“We believe we can get above 50% in this round,” Erdogan claimed in a speech shortly after 2am, while acknowledging that “both domestic and overseas voting results will take time to come in.”

“But of course we are not like those who try to deceive the nation…  by creating a picture where they are far behind but saying they were ahead,” he added.

“We don’t yet know if the elections ended in the first round… If our nation has chosen for a second round, that is also welcome,” he said, stating that “throughout our political life, without exception, we have always respected the decision of the national will.”

By 3 am, the head of the Supreme Election Council, Ahmet Yener, confirmed that with more than 91% of the ballots counted, Erdogan’s initially comfortable lead has fallen to 49.49% – below the majority needed to avoid a runoff – while his main rival, Kemal Kilicdaroglu of the Republican People’s Party (CHP), had 44.49%.

If there is a runoff, he’ll win. I’m confident of that.

Whatever you think of Erdogan, he represents authoritarianism and tradition, and this is the way the world is going.

People in Turkey do not like that he’s got all these immigrants, but the opposition wasn’t going to do anything about that either.

In terms of the implications for the rest of the world – Erdogan is a shifty figure, but he’s better than anything else Turkey has to offer. He’s a master at playing East and West off against each other for his own gain, but that means he can be negotiated with, as opposed to the ZOG shill the West has been trying to replace him with, who would just do nothing but shill, like European leaders.

He’s done a lot of things I don’t like on the world stage, particularly with assisting migrants coming into Europe and his strange dealings in Syria. But at least he’s real, not just some puppet.
