FBI Threatens People Who Fake Coronavirus Vaccine Certificate

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has issued a menacing threat against people who would fake a coronavirus vaccine certificate, saying they are breaking federal law.

In a Twitter post on March 31, the feds said that someone who fakes a vaccine pass is endangering other people, a claim that is patently false. There has never been any evidence presented that there is a deadly viral pandemic, nor is there any evidence that the injections they are giving, which are designed to alter people’s genetics, prevent any disease.

They further claim that someone who fakes proof of vaccination “may also be breaking the law.” This claim is less clear-cut.

The Twitter post links to a press release from the Internet Crimes Compliance Center, that menacingly threatens people who would fake a vaccine card.

“If you did not receive the vaccine, do not buy fake vaccine cards, do not make your own vaccine cards, and do not fill-in blank vaccination record cards with false information,” the press release explains, “By misrepresenting yourself as vaccinated when entering schools, mass transit, workplaces, gyms, or places of worship, you put yourself and others around you at risk of contracting COVID-19.”

“Additionally, the unauthorized use of an official government agency’s seal (such as HHS or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)) is a crime, and may be punishable under Title 18 United States Code, Section 1017, and other applicable laws.”

The law cited is pretty straightforward:

Whoever fraudulently or wrongfully affixes or impresses the seal of any department or agency of the United States, to or upon any certificate, instrument, commission, document, or paper or with knowledge of its fraudulent character, with wrongful or fraudulent intent, uses, buys, procures, sells, or transfers to another any such certificate, instrument, commission, document, or paper, to which or upon which said seal has been so fraudulently affixed or impressed, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

So it does appear that printing a fake vaccine card is illegal.

However, simply lying about having taken the vaccine, without engaging in falsifying a federal document, would not be illegal. Lying is not illegal, unless you are lying to law enforcement.

Of course, it is very convenient that the vaccine card has a federal stamp on it, since every element of the vaccine agenda other than this card is being contracted out to private companies. It has been established that private companies are allowed to violate your Constitutional rights, so it is logical that the government has chosen to shift the “vaccine passport” agenda onto these private companies, in order to protect themselves from liability.

What we are looking at is a situation where private companies will run the verification scheme. You will have to have an app on your phone that you use to scan a QR code every time you enter a private business. Official government offices will probably also have these QR codes, but contract a private company to run them. Of course, you could probably argue your way into a government building by claiming you have a right to enter as a citizen, but what would be the point? You can’t buy food at a government office.

You can only buy food from so-called “private companies,” which are not required to respect your Constitutional rights. All of these private businesses are planning to collude together to deny you your rights. The process of private businesses colluding to violate Constitutional rights was ruled legal in repeated lawsuits against internet censorship.

There is no law against lying to these companies, of course. However, if these companies require you to show a state-issued vaccination card in order to qualify for access to the app, you cannot get access to the app without either getting the vaccine card legally, or committing a federal crime.

I always, always, always advise people against committing federal crimes. Don’t do it.

However, you need to realize that this vaccine passport is real, and it is coming relatively soon. Word of it has been circulating for a long time now. I have explained it was coming for over a year. The semi-official announcement came via the Washington Post last week, and there has been little pushback.

Florida’s governor did say he would prevent the scheme from being enacted in that state, but it’s unclear that it would be legal for him to do that, since the way this is designed is that it is all “private companies” choosing to enact the scheme.

What I advise here is what I always advise: move out of the city.

If you are in a rural area, local businesses are unlikely to force you to scan this QR code in order to enter. Therefore, you will be able to buy food without the vaccine.

Work is going to be another issue. I don’t know how you will be able to work without the vaccine. But there isn’t likely to be much work available anyway. This money printing scheme that the government is doing can only last so long.

In fact, all of this can only last so long.

So just hang in there.
