The Gard Assize Court of Appeal sentenced Friday evening Abdennaceur Kilani, a 31-year-old Tunisian, to the sentence required by the Advocate General of 15 years of criminal imprisonment, as well as to a definitive ban from French territory. This man, assisted by Me Lemaire and Me Monzies was found guilty of having, on July 30, 2016 in Avignon, violently assaulted an Irish woman aged 25 to steal her handbag and then rape her.
