If there’s one thing I know about women, it’s that they’re really good at space travel.
The only reason a space travel company would not have a majority of female employees is patriarchal hatred for the body with the vagina.
A group of current and former employees at Blue Origin, the space flight company owned by the Amazon founder, Jeff Bezos, has accused the business of operating a work environment that is “rife with sexism” and prefers “breakneck speed” to safety.
An open letter written by Alexandra Abrams, the former head of employee communications at Blue Origin and 20 other current and former workers, says the company’s culture “reflects the worst of the world we live in now” and must change.

The letter, published on the whistleblower forum Lioness, says: “Workforce gender gaps are common in the space industry, but at Blue Origin they also manifest in a particular brand of sexism. Numerous senior leaders have been known to be consistently inappropriate with women.”
The letter goes on to allege that a senior figure in the organisation was reported a number of times for sexual harassment and that new female employees were warned to stay away from another executive, who had allegedly groped a female colleague. It adds that the workforce was “mostly male” and “overwhelmingly white”.
It’s time for the government to step in and force all companies to have 50% female employees.
In fact, according to the principles of equity, it should be 70% to 90%.
Really, the government should just start incentivizing the abortion of male infants, as the only thing men have ever done in all of human history is hurt women’s feelings on purpose for no reason other than their inferiority complexes.
Men know that women are smarter, faster, and stronger than they are, which is why they began the patriarchy in the first place.

I completely agree, I know several BO interns and a couple full time engineers and this is not the culture they have seen. Almost all of them have worked for other space companies and they prefer the culture at Blue.

I’m recent NASA retiree who’s been to BO couple of times, & want them to succeed. But wish could down vote your whiny, facts-free, accusatory post. & for the record, BO is NOT a “successful company” at least not yet. It’s only Major product/contract, BE-4, is far behind schedule.
