A woman in California went on an epic gamer-style rant at a CVS in Los Angeles on Tuesday, in a hilarious video that has now gone viral.
The woman, who has since been identified as Heather Patton, a Hollywood costume designer, said that if it wasn’t illegal to kill niggers, she would do it – big time.
“If the law didn’t say I couldn’t kill the niggers, they would all be dead,” she allegedly said to a black woman filming her.
“I would kill a nigger, but the law says I can’t kill the nigger.”
I think all Americans can sympathize with that message.
But the bigger story than the rant itself, at least as far as I’m concerned, is that the local news media, CBSLA, claimed that it might be illegal to yell about niggers at a CVS.
“The language she used was so vile that it could bring criminal charges,” claimed the news anchor.
This virulently false claim was not included in the CBSLA write-up of the event on their website, however, it did contain a statement from the Los Angeles Police Department saying they had taken a “hate incident report.”
The “hate incident report” is a concept created by the Anti-Defamation League, an Israeli foreign lobbying group, and implemented by various local police departments at the urging of that organization. It isn’t completely clear what it is, but it is almost certainly unconstitutional for police to be keeping a database of legal behavior of citizens, particularly if they are including the person’s name.
What the ADL is doing is training police to treat certain speech that makes Jews uncomfortable as a crime, even though there is no crime that anyone can be charged with. They are bypassing the First Amendment completely. But the situation is so bizarre that it confuses the local news media, who hear that an incident report was filed and assume that there must have been something criminal about the action.
However, I can assure you, there is nothing criminal about ranting about niggers. Unless you’re charged with disturbing the peace or something, which is unlikely and is anyway unrelated to the content of your rant.
Of course, it might as well be illegal, because your entire life will be destroyed if someone films you ranting about niggers in a parking lot and posts it on the internet. You will never be allowed to work again and you might even end up having a hard time renting an apartment and so on.
As far as any further comment on the incident itself – what is there really to say? People are incredibly tired of the behavior of black people, and some of them just can’t hardly even take it anymore. This is called “nigger fatigue,” and it is affecting more and more people every day.
