Ahmed A-Hady, a pawn shop owner suspected of trafficking weapons to Black Hebrew Israelites
There is a thing which feds do that is called “parallel construction.”
You should know what this is, because it’s how they get you.
Parallel construction is a law enforcement process of building a parallel—or separate—evidentiary basis for a criminal investigation in order to conceal how an investigation actually began.
In the US, a particular form is evidence laundering, where one police officer obtains evidence via means that are in violation of the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, and then passes it on to another officer, who builds on it and gets it accepted by the court under the good-faith exception as applied to the second officer.
…
In August 2013, a report by Reuters revealed that the Special Operations Division (SOD) of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration advises DEA agents to practice parallel construction when creating criminal cases against Americans that are based on NSA warrantless surveillance. The use of illegally obtained evidence is generally inadmissible under the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine.
Now that you know what that is, let’s look at a story about how a pawn shop owner who was trafficking in illegal guns in New Jersey, possibly arming the True Hebrew Israelites who shot up the Jews, was found and arrested.
A New Jersey man was busted by federal authorities after cops found his phone number scrawled on a note in one of the Jersey City shooter’s back pockets, authorities said.
Ahmed A-Hady’s Monmouth County pawnshop and house were searched over the weekend and feds found him illegally in possession of six rifles, including three AR-15-style assault rifles, three handguns and one shotgun, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said late Saturday.
Authorities also found hundreds of bullets, including a “large number” of hollow-point rounds, according to the criminal complaint.
The feds tracked down A-Hady, 35, in Keyport Friday evening after finding his phone number on a handwritten note on 47-year-old David Anderson — who opened fire on a Jewish food store Tuesday, killing three, and gunned down a Jersey City cop.
I assume you’re following me here.
But let me go ahead and ask:
Which is more likely?
- By pure coincidence, this shooter had a man’s phone number written on a small piece of paper in his pocket when he decided to go and shoot a bunch of Jews, or
- This man was being watched by the feds using illegal spying because he was involved with an anti-Semitic group, and the feds used the excuse of the shooting to create a reason to raid his home?
Obviously, one of those things is much more likely than the other.
Everyone involved in anything relating to pro-white activism needs to be aware that the feds have a reason to use illegal spying on them. The FBI has basically become the enforcement arm of the Anti-Defamation League.
Never do anything illegal, ever. Period. Because the feds will find out, and they will use these types of methods to come after you.
