Things are not looking great for Bibi.
When your lawyer is indicted for helping you commit crimes, you know the cops have got an entire mountain of information on you.

Israel’s state prosecutor said Thursday he intends to charge the personal lawyer of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with money-laundering in the state’s purchase of submarines from German firm Thyssenkrupp.
Netanyahu has in the past been questioned as a witness in the case but was not considered a suspect.
Nevertheless, with prospects of another snap election looming and the premier already charged with bribery, fraud and breach of trust, it is sure to provide ammunition for his political rivals.
Main challenger Benny Gantz, a former Israeli army chief, has repeatedly accused the country’s longest-serving prime minister of profiting personally from the submarine purchase.
Netanyahu denies the accusation.
Israel’s justice ministry said Thursday that subject to pre-indictment hearings for all the suspects, it intended to charge Netanyahu’s personal lawyer and cousin, David Shimron, with money-laundering.
Charges of bribery are pending against another Israeli businessman and the former head of the Israeli navy, a ministry statement said.
Attorney general Avichai Mandelblit last month announced charges of bribery, fraud and breach of trust against Netanyahu in three different corruption cases, numbered 1,000, 2,000 and 4,000.
On Thursday he announced his intention to indict on case 3,000, which involved Germany’s 2017 sale of military submarines and other Thyssenkrupp-designed vessels for a total sum of around two billion dollars.
The ministry statement announced indictments against the industrial giant’s local agent Michael Ganor and former navy chief Eliezer Marom, among others.
The Israeli police announced in November 2018 it had enough evidence to charge a number of suspects, including Shimron.
Bibi’s probably at the point where he should consider making a deal.
They are reportedly offering him a pretty good deal.
President Reuven Rivlin will consider pardoning Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in exchange for the PM retiring from political life and confessing to the crimes of which he is accused, Channel 12 reported Wednesday night.
According to the report, Netanyahu has not yet responded to the idea that is being floated by a variety of third parties, though in the past he rejected any talk of a plea bargain or pardon.
Long before Netanyahu was initially indicted in February and finally indicted on November 21, his former lawyer, Jacob Weinroth – who died on October 16, 2018, had tried to convince the prime minister to take a similar deal, but was rebuffed.
The report also said that Attorney-General Avichai Mandelblit would support such a deal, a view reported exclusively by The Jerusalem Post in June 2018.
Despite the report, neither Rivlin nor Mandelblit have formally and publicly extended any offers.
It doesn’t even sound like he’d have to pay back the stolen money.
Despite being healthy-looking, Bibi is 70 years old, and I don’t really see what he gets by not dipping out.
It won’t really do anything to damage his legacy to admit to crimes, because all Jews are criminals and they don’t have less respect for one another simply because they are criminals. Bibi will continue to be celebrated for generations as a hero of the nation, even if he admits to bribery scandals.
It also won’t harm his son’s chances of getting involved in politics, which he appears to want to do.
