“Oi M8”: The British Cannot Afford Rent

Maybe immigrants can use diversity to lower housing costs?

If they can’t do it with diversity, I’m sure they could use vibrancy.

As I understand it, they can cast diversity and vibrancy like magic spells onto issues and it automatically fixes whatever the problem is.

RT:

Private rental prices paid by tenants in the UK have jumped by 5.3% in the 12 months leading up to July, marking the largest annual percentage change since records began in 2016, data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) has shown.

The figure was up from 5.2% in the previous month, with costs consistently increasing over the past two years.

According to the ONS, annual private rental prices surged by 5.2% in England, 6.5% in Wales, and 5.7% in Scotland.

Within England, the highest annual percentage change in private rental prices was in the West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber, and London, at 5.5%, while the North East saw the lowest increase at 4.6%.

The ONS figures also showed house price growth slowing, rising 1.7% in the 12 months to June, down from a 1.8% increase in May and well below the peak of 14% in July last year.

According to the report, the average house price in the UK was £288,000 ($368,000) in June. Average house prices increased over the year by 1.9% to $391,000 in England, by 0.6% to $272,000 in Wales, and by 2.7% to $222,000 in Northern Ireland. House prices in Scotland stayed practically unchanged, at an average of $241,000.

But seriously.

The UK is a small place.

They flooded it with immigrants that breed like rats.

How could there be anything other than a massive rise in the cost of housing?

Of course, you’ve also got the entire issue of the housing market being a total scam, propped up by usury and a moronic narrative about how personal homes are supposed to be the source of your personal wealth.

I know more about the US housing market than the UK housing market, but the systems are similar. The UK has an insane death tax, where you’re not allowed to keep your parents’ home when they die, and have to take out a loan to pay the death taxes. That makes the situation worse, and leads to further wealth consolidation.

Rich people have every single benefit in the West. I do not like that ginger beard guy singing about how rich people should give him money, because that sounds like communism. What we need is a system that isn’t purposefully tilted towards the rich.

These things…

  • Mass immigration
  • Shipping jobs to China (“free trade” generally)
  • Deregulation of corporations, ultra-regulation of small businesses

… Are all angles set up by the government to benefit the wealthy and punish normal people.

Then you have incidents like the coronavirus hoax or the Ukraine war, which are also set up to benefit the rich and punish normal people.

What people should be demanding is fairness – not communism.

Right now, there is no real way to determine if someone is broke because they are being screwed by an unfair system, or they’re just stupid and lazy. But you’re always going to have stupid and lazy people.

One difference in the UK is that they’ve gone way more into a communistic direction than the US has. It of course hasn’t benefited anyone other than rich people.

I will say: if you’re going to do communism, just do it. Same thing with capitalism. If we had honest people in charge, we could just be reasonable and fair, and be guided by logic and Christian morals rather than some ideology. But right now they are taking the worst parts of both ideologies and weaponizing them against the population.

People in the USSR didn’t have to worry about rent prices. They also were not forced into multiculturalism (unless they were a conquered group of Moslems).

In the UK, the government is your mommy, it nags you and tells you what to do all the time, but it refuses to take care of you. Real mommies nag and harass, but at least they make sure their kids aren’t starving or freezing to death.
