Joe Biden: "My name is Joe Biden. I'm a Democratic candidate for the United States Senate…if you don't like me, you can vote for the other Biden."

Apparently questioning his chances of winning the presidency, Joe Biden has declared that he is also running for the US Senate.
He campaigned for his Senate run this week during a speech in South Carolina. People thought he was going to be campaigning for his presidential run, but they got treated to the other campaign.
“My name is Joe Biden. I’m a Democratic candidate for the United States Senate. Look me over, if you like what you see, help out. If not, vote for the other Biden,” the 77-year-old said in his remarks at the First in the South Dinner.
His reference to “the other Biden” could refer to any of the other Bidens, apparently one of which is also running for whichever Senate seat he is running for. He did not specify which Senate seat he is running for.
I believe it is unconventional to be running two campaigns for two different national offices at once. And I believe if he ends up winning both, he will have to choose one or the other.
If he gets elected for both Senate and the Presidency, and he decides to keep the Senate seat and disregard the Presidency, I believe that means that we would have to have another presidential election. Or maybe the Vice President would become the President. I don’t think anyone knows, because this is highly unorthodox.
