San Francisco Supervisor Shamann Walton on Tuesday introduced an ordinance to outlaw racially motivated 911 calls.
The Caution Against Racially Exploitative Non-Emergencies, or CAREN, Act could possibly result in people who call law enforcement based on racial bias facing criminal charges.
The ordinance is similar to state Assemblymember Rob Banta’s Assembly Bill 1550, which also calls for consequences for those who call 911 based on biases toward race, class, outward appearance and religion.
During the Board of Supervisors meeting Walton said both measures “are part of a larger nationwide movement to address racial biases and implement consequences for weaponizing emergency resources with racist intentions.”
Yes, so if you use pattern recognition in order to assess a threat to your life, it is a crime. You can only call the cops on people at random. You can call the cops on black people, technically, but it has to be racially equal, meaning you can only call the cops on black people once for every 9 white people you call the cops on.
Because we’re now just outright denying basic reality.

In New York City in 2014, blacks committed thirty times more murders than whites and nearly 100 times more shootings than whites. The left used to claim that this was because of “blah blah blah, systematic racism makes black people violent.” Now they’re claiming that actually, whites commit the same amount of crime, but just don’t get arrested for it. Whites commit hundreds of secret murders every year in New York City, they do thousands of drive-by shootings, but racist cops refuse to arrest them.
This is insane.
But again: it makes sense if you realize the plan is to lay the groundwork for the mass killing of whites by black mobs. They are setting it up so if you call the police on a black that is breaking into your house, you will be called a racist by the 911 operator and hung up on. Maybe they’ll tell you your call has been traced and you’re being charged with a “bias incident” before hanging up on you, then they’ll sentence you after death for your racist hatred for dark skin tones.
