Animal rights activists tend to also be vegans, and just like average vegans, they’re very weird people.

Both animal right activists and vegans also tend to be feminists, and just like feminists, they’re very fond of the practice of showing themselves naked as a form of protest.

Daily Mail:

Around 70 animal rights activists stripped naked and smeared their bodies with fake blood to protest the fur industry in central Barcelona.

The incident took place in the city’s Catalunya Square, in the north-eastern Spanish region of Catalonia during Black Friday sales on Sunday, and footage was later widely shared on social media.

The protest was organised by the animal rights organisation Anima Naturalis to make people aware of the ‘thousands of animals which are mistreated and murdered every year for the fur industry’ and demand that the Spanish authorities ban the practice.

Fur farming has been banned in a number of European countries including the UK and Germany, but remains legal in Spain.

The protest consisted of dozens of activists lying on the ground while covered in fake blood as a sitting woman holding a sign shouted out ‘suffering is not elegant’.

Her sign read: ‘How many lives for a coat?

The naked protest with fake blood was intended to show how animals look after being skinned for their fur.

The organisation wrote on Twitter: ‘More than 70 brave activists put themselves in the shoes of the animal victims of the fur and leather industry. Cruelty is not elegant!

What a bunch of low-effort lunatics.

It’s not about clothing or hair. Skinned animals don’t have their skin anymore.

If they really want to represent the suffering of animals, they should have tried harder with proper costumes or at least wear better makeup.

According to a spokesperson for Anima Naturalis, the animals most affected by the fur trade are minks, ferrets, foxes, seals, otters, cows and chinchillas.

Anima Naturalis said that cats and dogs are also used for clothing in China.

The group claimed that around 32 million animals are sacrificed for their fur in Europe every year.

I understand not wanting animals to be needlessly hurt.

But to be as fervent as they are about the issue while ignoring much more immediately relevant problems like abortions and the suffering of white people at the hands of the primitive-skinned is just weird.

Killing babies while they’re still inside their mothers, dismembering them and removing them by chunks is so cruel and perverse that you’d expect people who are as concerned about cruelty as animal right activists are to be openly against the practice.

But just like Human Rights don’t apply to white people, Animal Rights don’t apply to humans.

This apparent incongruity of animal right activist turning a blind eye to human suffering is dispelled when you consider that they hate humans.

Just like vegans celebrating sterility and slowly starving themselves, and just like self-hating climate change enthusiasts demanding that white countries stop everything so the rest of the world can “catch up.”

For these people, it isn’t about stopping cruelty, it isn’t about being kind, and it isn’t about a better way of life.

For them, it is about trying to justify and rationalize self-hate.
