Sunday Morning Coming Down

This is the front page of Reuters right now, this Sunday morning:

So you have:

  • Joe Biden is cool and together (check those aviators! Come on man!)
  • Global warming (this is going towards an international tax on the middle class, designed to transfer white people’s money to the third world, as well as to form the basis of a world government – because you can’t have a global tax without a global government)
  • Opening up the borders
  • A CIA and State Department revolution in Russia (which the State Department openly, publicly endorsed, in Russia, in the Russian language, directing crowds where to go to riot)
  • The military is preparing for a war with China, based on “freedom for Taiwan”

That’s your daily news, this Sunday morning.

Walking around an empty street, where the people you do see are masked up, I’m reminded of a song.

These words have never been truer:

On the Sunday morning sidewalks
Wishing, Lord, that I was stoned
‘Cause there’s something in a Sunday
Makes a body feel alone

And there’s nothin’ short of dyin’
Half as lonesome as the sound
On the sleepin’ city sidewalks
Sunday mornin’ comin’ down

Things are very rough.

I guess our point of comfort should be that our lives will never be as sad as the Kris Kristofferson rendition of that song.
