A foreign man escapes with 1.5 years in prison and deportation after he raped a mentally disabled girl in Sörmland.
It was last summer that the 20-year-old man encountered a mentally disabled teenage girl outdoors.
He brought her to his apartment where he raped her, says SVT Sörmland.
The man showed her a knife and threatened to kill her if she didn’t do as he wished.
After the rape, he showered the girl and quickly tried to get her out of the home. But during the police investigation, semen was found in the girl’s panties and in her hair.

The man is sentenced to 1.5 years in prison and deportation from Sweden. He will also pay damages to the victim of SEK 140,000.
