Greg Abbott is finally taking a stand.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has signed an order prohibiting all vaccine mandates statewide, including at private firms, arguing that while he is in favor of the inoculations, they must never be forced on people against their will.
Signed on Monday, Abbott’s executive order states that “no entity in Texas can compel receipt of a Covid-19 vaccine by any individual… who objects to such vaccination” for whatever reason – whether that be religious-based objections, medical concerns or other reasons of “personal conscience” – threatening a fine of up to $1,000 for violators.
“The Covid-19 vaccine is safe, effective, and our best defense against the virus,” Abbott said in a statement, but added that it “should remain voluntary and never forced.”
It’s so gay he has to add that it’s “safe and effective.”

Regardless of the false and demented claims being made by the science, there is zero evidence to support the assertion that this “vaccine” (which is not even a vaccine, actually) is at all safe or effective, in any way, by any definition.
The science itself says that the vaccine stops working as soon as a person who has received it comes into contact with someone who hasn’t received it. The logistics of that are confusing, and the science refuses to explain, but regardless, that hardly sounds very effective.
The science in fact claims that the original two doses are so ineffective that you’re going to have to get a new shot probably every six months.
Meanwhile, the shot has killed more people than all previous vaccines that have ever existed combined, which is something the science also admits, and it is also causing permanent brain, heart and immune system problems in huge numbers of people. So, it’s not very safe either.
