It took him more than long enough, but Donald Trump has finally begun hitting back against the line coming from the Ron DeSantis people that Trump is responsible for the vaccine.
Trump called DeSantis a RINO GLOBALIST and mocked him for closing down Florida in the name of the fake virus. He noted that DeSantis loved the vaccine.
The post made to Trump’s site Truth Social is from February 1, but I’m just finding out about it now because no one pays attention to Truth Social and it’s basically impossible to view the site.
The fact that Truth Social is so broken and useless is one of my problems with the state of Donald Trump’s campaign. I understand that he has a deal where he is not allowed to use Twitter, but whatever that deal is worth, it is less than what he is losing by not using Twitter. His refusal to dump the deal and return to Twitter is one of many things that makes me think that Trump is now just incapable of even thinking straight.
Still, it is nice that he’s finally going after DeSantis, and ignoring the assholes who say it makes him look bad to attack people. Obviously, he got elected by attacking people.
He’s right that DeSantis shilled the vaccine constantly. He also lied about banning children from getting it.
Moreover, the media pumped him up as bucking the lockdowns, but the reality is, he did the initial stay-at-home order, which seven (7) red states refused to do, and then his loosening of restrictions was the exact same thing that more than a dozen other governors did. There was absolutely nothing unique about the way he dealt with the virus and vax.
Trump was president when the fake virus hoax happened, and he is responsible for that vax in some way, but claiming DeSantis is somehow better on that front is just a lie.

These people just lie.
Tucker Carlson is out there claiming that DeSantis was the one man who stood up against the virus, vax, mandates, etc., but it’s wrong.
Ron DeSantis’ “mandate ban” was the same as 17 other states, and it wasn’t a real ban. The only state with a real mandate ban was Montana.
DeSantis’ anti-tranny education bill was much weaker than those of most states. Florida only banned tranny indoctrination before the 4th grade. Georgia, for example, banned it through all of primary school.
Ultimately, the fact is: no Republican is going to win in 2024, because of the mail-in ballots. Kevin McCarthy isn’t going to stop those, which means it is 100% impossible for a Republican to win. The reason I want Trump as the nominee is that he will call out the fraud, and that will cause Republican voters to lose even more faith in this stupid “democracy” hoax.
