The Twitter Files are apparently just entertainment, because nothing is resulting from them, because leftists just don’t care about corruption and Republicans don’t care about stopping leftists. But this one is very personal.

What’s going on here @SecureDemocracy?

I have literally been accused of being “Russian-backed,” so I know what absolute bullshit this is, personally.
You can’t really understand just how extreme media lies really are until they target you.
RT:
The US think tank Alliance for Securing Democracy (ASD) sought to clarify its activities on Friday, after internal Twitter messages published the same day by journalist Matt Taibbi called into question the accuracy of its “Russian bot” dashboard, Hamilton68.
The released communications show employees knew many of the listed accounts on the dashboard were neither Russians, nor bots. ASD is now seeking to recast Hamilton68 as a “nuanced” tool misinterpreted by reporters.
The creators of the dashboard, which once claimed to track over 600 Kremlin-linked accounts to provide the West with an authentic window on Russian “influence operations,” published a statement on Friday insisting Hamilton68 never pretended the accounts it monitored took their orders from Moscow – only that they were “wittingly or unwittingly” amplifying Russian narratives.
Advised by a bipartisan panel consisting of Weekly Standard editor and Iraq war proponent Bill Kristol, Hillary Clinton campaign chair John Podesta, and former US ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul, the ASD launched the dashboard in 2017 “to track Russian disinformation on Twitter,” according to its website. Hamilton68’s primary architect, former FBI agent Clint Watts, admitted the following year he was “not convinced on this bot thing.”
The group blamed “members of the media, pundits and even some lawmakers” for failing to include the necessary context explaining that Hamilton68’s conclusions weren’t drawn from real Russian bots, even though its own advisory committee members are on record in 2017 claiming “Moscow used [the accounts included in Hamilton68] to discredit the FBI…to attack ABC news…to critique the Obama administration…and to warn about violence by immigrants.”
Here’s the reality for me: I don’t care about Russia at all, but I support them absolutely because they are opposed to the US government and I support everyone opposed to the US government.
I mean, I can’t say I totally don’t care about them. I like Russians a lot, I like that the country is white and Christian and anti-gay and so on. But that is ultimately totally irrelevant to my support for them. Poland is white and Christian and anti-gay, and I don’t support them!
Of course if you break it down, Poland’s whiteness, Christianity, and opposition to anal doesn’t actually mean anything, because they are in bed with the big black gay anti-Christ known as Uncle Sam.
There is correlation with the people who oppose the Anal Empire having good values, because it is an empire of anus. We all get that.
But for me personally, I stand with the enemies of the US government, and everything else is incidental.
You can look at my life and see why I would have this position. Like, if you just Google my name, you can very quickly understand what is going on here with me. Therefore, in my case, it is just retarded to suggest that I must be a Russian bot or why else would I agree with Russia.
You then have people who do support Russia primarily because it is white and Christian and they think such a country having power is better than ZOG having power. Then you have leftists who are ideologically opposed to war and hate the way the US government lies about everything to promote war.
Glenn Greenwald is a Jew who was molested as a child and now just stands against all Jewish agendas.
Point being: if you find any specific supporter of Russia and you do Occam’s Razor on why they support Russia, the simplest explanation is always going to be something other than “they are secretly a paid Russian bot and no we don’t have any evidence but they must be Russian or why would they support Russia???”
This is a good article I wrote three years ago (when this stuff was happening) about the “Russian bot” stuff that once again shows I understand everything that is going on and am always proven right: Accusations of Consorting with Russian Hackers are No Different Than Accusations of Consorting with the Devil
