Wisconsin Experiencing Extreme Communist Uprising for Whatever Reason

There have been major riots in Wisconsin this week for some reason, and basically until today the national media was just skipping over it.

Honestly, I’m not sure that this is some kind of purposeful media coverup. It may well be that they just haven’t had time to cover it.

It’s concerning to me to have this sort of thing in Wisconsin, as it’s very close to home for me as an Ohioan. Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin are states that I view as culturally identical and capable of forming a breakaway nation as the larger US sinks into brown communism.

It’s unfortunate to see this sort of thing.

The Federalist has some of the background on what was happening on Monday and Tuesday:

Wisconsin’s two largest cities were awash in violence Tuesday and into early Wednesday morning as “peaceful” Black Lives Matter protesters in Madison toppled iconic, progressive statues and beat up an openly gay state senator, while a Milwaukee mob set fire to a home and injured several police and a firefighter.

Wisconsin is out of control, and it is reaping the lawless fruit that pandering liberals have sown.

Long after the carnage quieted and state Sen. Tim Carpenter (D-Milwaukee) was recovering from his many injuries by the mob that badly beat him, the feckless Gov. Tony Evers “warned” he would send in the National Guard to protect state buildings. Too late.

By the time Tony decided he might get tough, protesters had torn down and destroyed the two legendary statues that have long guarded the State Capitol. They ripped down and soiled the famous, seven-foot Forward statue, a proud symbol of progress created by a Wisconsin female artist nearly 130 years ago.

“A proud symbol of progress.”

The Federalist is really awful. Like a parody of cuckoldry.

It’s a nice statue and I don’t care that it was done by a woman, but you don’t have to say it like that.

This “actually, we’re the real forward-thinking feminist progressives” is just terrible, terrible rhetoric for the right.

Do you know The Federalist is about to get shut down by Google?

Then they proceeded to drag down and decapitate a statue of Hans Christian Heg, a Union colonel who fought and died in the Civil War in large part because he abhorred slavery. They dumped what was left of the statue in Lake Monona. All in the name of “social justice”?

The trouble began when police dared to arrest a Black Lives Matter “activist” who decided to charge into a downtown Madison restaurant with a baseball bat and a bullhorn screaming at white patrons and accusing them of being racist.

“Devonere Johnson, 28, was arrested after causing a disturbance in a restaurant on the Capitol Square, according to Madison police and video of the incident. Videos of the arrest — some circulating on social media and others provided by the Madison Police Department — show as many as five officers taking Johnson to the sidewalk and carrying him to a police squad car after Johnson initially resisted arrest,” the Wisconsin State Journal reported.

Johnson, a black man who identifies as Yeshua Musa, has been a constant presence at the disorderly and, at times, violent protests against police brutality, racism, capitalism, and whatever else the radical left anarchists feel like protesting.

Soon after Johnson’s arrest, protesters assembled outside the Dane County Jail demanding the suspect be released. The State Journal reported some 300 protesters blocked traffic, yelled at drivers, and demanded they join the demonstration. Apparently one man was injured when a few drivers attempted to pass through the crowd. They apparently could not be drafted into the protest — and the bedlam that was to come.

Well, I gotta say, attacking cars and demanding that people get out and protest with you is an alpha move, in any context.

Protesters quickly disabused the media and liberal Madison of the quaint notion that the radical movement was “peaceful.”

“This is not a peaceful protest, so if you came out here for a peaceful protest, you missed it,” one organizer said, according the State Journal “We’re done being peaceful. Now we demanding justice.”

Apparently “justice” means tearing down iconic progressive statues, setting city buildings on fire and beating the hell out of a gay liberal senator.

Ey yo hol up… is that the thing now?

Carpenter was attacked by several protesters because he attempted to film the destruction. He posted an 11-second clip on Twitter early this morning.

“I took this pic (and) it got me assaulted and beat up,” said the senator, who has been a leading proponent of the Black Lives Matter movement. He said eight to 10 people punched and kicked him in the head, neck, and ribs.

The newspaper reported that protesters set a small fire on one of the windows of the City-County Building Downtown, which also houses the Madison Police Department’s Downtown station. A group shattered the front entrance windows of the Tommy G. Thompson Center on Public Leadership, which houses several state offices, and others knocked down street cameras or spray painted over the lenses, the State Journal reported.

The demonstrators washed down their night of violence with a Molotov cocktail thrown into the city engineering office, a city council member told the State Journal. They attempted to break into the Capitol, according to multiple reports, before law enforcement officials showed up in riot gear and warned the group to leave or face arrest. Some still chanted “Free Yeshua” between screaming obscenities at police.

Now here’s the part that shows where this is all going to start heading…

In Milwaukee, a mob burned down the house of man they suspected of sex trafficking. Liberal leaders, including state Rep. Jonathan Brostoff (D-Milwaukee) attempted to defuse the situation, according to Urban Milwaukee. The crowd wanted blood. Community members believed two missing teenage girls were inside.

They through bricks at police as they intervened, injuring at least seven law enforcement officials, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.

“Three victims were shot during this event, none by police,,” Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales said at a press conference. “We cannot allow an unruly crowd to determine what that investigation is,” he said. “What you had today was vigilantism.”

You’d best start believing in unruly crowds determining what that investigation is…

This is an insane story.

Heavy:

“They said there were a couple of little missing kids in this house,” [community activist Frank] Nitty says in the video. “It started with this house, missing kids. When the people called the police, the police came and didn’t do sh-t basically, so the people decided themselves to come back to the house. People came to the house, they said people left the house, little kids left the house. So, when they came to the door, people started shooting throughout the door. Then the police came and arrested the people for shooting through the door. The detective told me he didn’t find any evidence of the missing kids in the house.” Community members then got word that the kids may have gone to a different house. The kids “started to run” and people chased them through a park.

He said people decided to enter the home and find evidence. They found shorts with blood on it. They believed a person in the house was a sex offender. He said “police haven’t been doing anything about it,” referring to sex trafficking rings. People are trying to “take our city back.” He said the police were standing in front of an alleged sex trafficker’s house. He said “we don’t know for sure they were sex trafficking.” He called for the police to be defunded. “We have all these black kids missing,” and the police weren’t doing “sh*t about it” and didn’t put out an Amber Alert, he said (police are required to meet specific criteria to issue Amber Alerts, including having a suspect or suspect vehicle description).

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel has more details on the story, though it’s still not really clear what happened.

From what I’m able to tell, a mob just ginned up the idea out of nowhere that a sex trafficker who had kidnapped teenage black girls was holed up in an abandoned house and so they started firing guns through the front door and then burned it down.

The “missing” girls, aged 13 and 15, had not been seen since Sunday but didn’t qualify for an Amber Alert, which means that the police had reason to believe they were just out partying. But someone called the police to investigate the house that this guy Frank Nitty had “tracked” the girls to, and the police came to help them and the mob attacked the police so they fled.

The girls turned up on Wednesday unharmed.

It’s not at all clear why they thought that they had been kidnapped or were in this specific house. It seems to have just been a rumor started in the crowd, which again, led to people randomly firing weapons through the door and burning the house down and no one being arrested for doing that. Three people were shot, apparently by accident, as the empty house was sieged by the mob.

You see, this is what happens – this stuff just starts going into weird, random directions when you allow mobs to operate with impunity. This story is kind of funny, but it could easily spin totally out of control in some other random direction.

Michael Tracey from Twitter has been in Wisconsin over the last week, and has been posting pictures of a lot of the stuff going on there.

It’s all out of control, and they’re doing weird things like shooting the ice machine at the gas station.

Unrelated, but I just saw it on Tracey’s Twitter feed:

That makes about as much sense as anything else at this point.

The Wisconsin situation is finally getting national media today, because the Governor called in the national guard because black people were getting beaten up and the city hall got fire bombed.

Fox News:

As chaos erupted at the Wisconsin State Capitol Tuesday night, protesters beat and robbed a black man while a biracial woman was later burned with lighter fluid by men she described to authorities as white.

Madison police said these were just some of the “many acts of overnight violence” under investigation after daylong protests took a violent turn Tuesday evening.

A 28-year-old man was assaulted around 10:30 p.m. after he inadvertently turned his car into the path of protesters while driving to pick up his girlfriend at a hospital, police said in a news release.

Emily Hamer, a reporter with the Wisconsin State Journal, captured video of the moment when the man was attacked. The man, identified only as Mike, told the paper the incident frustrated him because he is black and supports the movement.

“I’m by no means against Black Lives Matter,” he said. “I definitely am against being beaten and robbed, and having my car destroyed.”

He said the attack unfolded after a protester threw a bicycle at his car, causing damage, according to police. He got out of his car and was surrounded by a group of about 50 protesters.

Mike told the paper that protesters thought he intentionally hit the bike. He also said he had his fists raised when approaching the protesters, which he called a “super duper bad idea.”

Several protesters punched and kicked him, police said. His wallet was stolen while he was curled in the fetal position in the street. Protesters also smashed his car windows and stole his cell phone.

He was treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

As the chaos continued overnight, an 18-year-old biracial woman was burned with lighter fluid in what police said is being investigated as a hate crime.

The woman was stopped at a red light around 1 a.m. with the window of her car rolled down when she said she heard a racial epithet and saw a group of four men, all white, nearby, police said in a separate news release.

She said one man in the group sprayed a liquid on her face and neck, and then threw a flaming lighter at her, setting her on fire, according to police. She patted out the flames as she drove away.

She was treated for burns at a hospital, where staff determined the liquid was likely lighter fluid. The woman will need to return to the hospital for continued medical care, police said.

Throwing a bicycle at a car is weird, like shooting the ice machine, hunting invisible sex traffickers or stopping cars and trying to draft people into your riot.

They still haven’t found the arsonist.

Fox News:

Federal investigators are offering a $5,000 reward for information on a man believed to have fire-bombed a government building in Wisconsin after daylong protests near the State Capitol turned violent Tuesday night.

Protesters toppled two statues, vandalized buildings and are accused of assaulting a Democratic state senator on video at the State Capitol in Madison as chaos erupted in the city.

Police said a Molotov cocktail was thrown into the City County Building in downtown. The building houses the 911 communications office, Madison Police Department, and other city and county government services.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man seen tossing an incendiary device into the government building around 1 a.m.

It’s weird, I didn’t even think they were arresting people for arson.
