19 States Attorneys General Suing All the Swing States Where Fraud Swung the Election

The election isn’t over until January 20.

Remember that.

CNN:

All 50 states and the District of Columbia have now certified their presidential results, according to CNN’s tally, as the Electoral College process moves forward with the meeting of electors on Monday.

West Virginia became the final state to certify its presidential election results Wednesday, formally declaring that President Donald Trump is entitled to the state’s five electoral votes.

President-elect Joe Biden is projected to win 306 electoral votes, and Trump is projected to win 232. It takes 270 electoral votes of the 538 available to become president.

The states’ certifications come as Trump has baselessly claimed that the election was rigged and sowed doubt about the outcome of the presidential race. Dozens of lawsuits challenging the results have been dismissed at the state and federal levels across the country since the November election.

Frankly, even if Joe Biden is inaugurated as president, he will never actually be the president. This was a fraud, we have all born witness to it, and in no universe does his presidency ever become valid.

Because he was elected through fraud, no action he takes as president will be valid.

Nor will the actions of Kamala Harris, if and when she assumes the throne, ever be valid.

Furthermore, no election in the future, after this election, will be considered valid, given that any election after this takes place after a usurper assumed the throne through fraud.

But as of right now: we’re still in the fight.

This Texas suit is the best thing we’ve got going right now (and it might be something bigger than it looks).

CBS News:

Eighteen states — now including Arizona — have joined a Texas lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton against the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia. That lawsuit was filed directly with the United States Supreme Court on Monday, Dec. 7.

The suit asks the court to order the ‘defendant states’ legislatures to displace “tainted” election results in those states and choose their own slate of electors.

Paxton sued battleground states on behalf of the state of Texas saying the ‘defendant states’ made unconstitutional changes to their laws before the 2020 election.

He said those states tainted the integrity of the vote in Texas and all states.

An amicus brief (amicus curiae) or ‘friend of the court’ brief was filed with the high court earlier Wednesday. The states of Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia have all signed on to the brief that backs the Texas suit.

Arizona was the latest state to file an amicus brief on Wednesday bringing the total to 18 states.

According to the American Bar Association, “‘Friend of the court’ or amicus curiae briefs are often filed in appellate cases heard by the U.S. Supreme Court and state supreme courts, as well as intermediate courts of appeal. And there is considerable evidence that amicus briefs have influence.”

“The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, these states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens’ vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections,” said Paxton. “Their failure to abide by the rule of law casts a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election. We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error.”

I am not going to lie to you, as some people on the internet are doing: the chances of anything other than Joe Biden being sworn in on January 20 happening are abysmally low, statistically.

I knew this on December 5, and I said as much, but I decided that fighting was the right thing to do, no matter the odds.

Here’s the thing: you can deny doing something that is right due to there being some other option. You can say “I don’t agree that doing X is going to be productive, so I’m going to put my energy into Y instead.” However, in this case, there is no other option but to either:

  1. Fight for Trump
  2. Give up

As such, there is no conceivable moral justification for not fighting for Trump with everything we have. We are all going to stand before God someday, and no matter how hard you fight now, the devil is going to be there accusing you of not fighting hard enough for Donald Trump. An angel will say, “how hard did you fight?” and I know I will be able to say, “I fought as hard as I could, sir, and may God have mercy on me for not fighting harder.”

What I also realize is this: as we fight, we make it more and more obvious that the entire system is utterly corrupt to the core. We are forcing them to rip off the mask, and show us the monster beneath.

You know, a lot of conservatives have put a lot of weight in the Supreme Court. We have to force the court to show us what it is – another part of this rotten system, that will do as it is told when push comes to shove.

But here’s the important part, which is not abstract or theoretical: I have been calling for secession, and said that the fight against the fraud should move seamlessly into a secession fight, given that this fraud is absolute grounds for it. It is in fact the perfect storm, and will be seen by the masses of people as a natural move. What’s more, the coronavirus has crushed the economy to the point where most people having nothing to lose, financially. The coronavirus has effectively upended all notion of normalcy in its entirety, so something like “we’re packing up and moving to Arkansas the week after next, kids, so take care of whatever you’ve got to take care of in the next ten days or so” is a sentence that makes sense at a middle class dinner table.

Here’s the kicker about this suit: we have here the 18 states that we want in our more perfect union, coming together as a UNION to stand in an official capacity against this fraud. They are already acting as a unit to call out the US federal government as illegitimate.

It shouldn’t be hard to push them into a secessionist movement.

This is the map of states that have joined the suit:

Yes, a couple of those are going to be hard to swing 65% in. But most of them will not be.

Remember: the rich of these states stand to profit from secession. We can get everyone behind this. It is a long shot, I know, but it is possible and with God all things are possible.

What is the federal government going to do? Are they going to send in the military to stop secession? Doing that in current year would be virtually impossible. It would absolutely cause the Civil War 2 that everyone is talking about. And then what happens? What do China and Russia do in such a scenario?

It’s possible. It’s all real.

Be there on Saturday in D.C. You need to be there.

We are only going to win this if we fight.
