Gustavo Segundo-Clark.
I’m not sure why the judge was shocked by the spic’s lack of remorse.
Look at the spic, and look at his grandmother. You could hardly claim they were the same species as each other, let alone united by blood.
Why would an orc care that he killed a human?
WCAX:
A New York judge Tuesday handed down a 25-year sentence in the case of North Country man convicted of murdering his 73-year-old grandmother last Thanksgiving.
Gustavo Segundo-Clark, 25, of West Chazy, barely spoke at his sentencing but lawyers and Clinton County Surrogate Judge William Favreau had plenty to say.
His defense lawyer, Joe Mucia, citing reasons why Clark should only get a minimum sentence of 15 years, read a long list of drugs his client was once addicted to and his hospitalizations for schizophrenia and attempted suicide.
“I said from the beginning, when you mix these mental health issues and substance abuse issues, it creates a dangerous situation and that’s what happened here,” Mucia said.
…
Despite an invitation by Judge Favreau to speak, Segundo-Clark declined.
“Sir, I think I’m actually in some way amazed at your lack of emotion — complete and utter lack of remorse. You appeared here 100 percent unrepentant for your crime,” Favreau said.
He sentenced Segundo-Clark to 25 years-to-life for the murder of Ginger Clark. Segundo-Clark will also undergo mental health treatment behind bars, a request made by family members, the defense and the prosecution.
