Kevin McCarthy’s war for the Speakership is very similar to his hero Vladimir Zelensky’s war for the Donbass. He is losing badly and has no path to victory, and yet he continues to refuse to negotiate or surrender.

He’s now lost 11 votes. And he’s not increasing his count.

He’s stuck at 200.

This is the worst number of votes since 1860, when the House was split on the issue of slavery.

He’s a very sad sack, that McCarthy.

He’s literally the worst person ever, and supporting him really exposes all of the people supporting him.

Why would anyone who claims to be a conservative, a Christian, or a right-winger support this man?

He should really start wearing a green sweatsuit to these votes.

I’ve been against Tucker Carlson since he came out in support of so-called “butthole marriage,” but he has been standing in firm opposition to the rest of Fox News on this issue.

I guess you would expect him to. He agrees with McCarthy on “butthole marriage” and a war with the Chinese. I guess he disagrees about Google global domination and you know, prescription pill prices or whatever.

The official hero of America is now Matt Gaetz, who has been driving this revolt.

He appeared on Laura Ingraham last night. She was shilling against him and lost the debate.

The entire pundit class is total garbage. This is why I was censored into oblivion. None of these people will stand up for the people, they are just total shills for the establishment. If Fox News actually stood up for Christian norms, the agendas of Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell would be impossible. Those politicians need cover.

Every talking head who went out there and shilled McCarthy should be thrown under the bus after this. Like, people should stop watching these shows and reading these websites. These people are all useless.

McCarthy is continuing to claim he is going to win, despite apparently having no plan.

No one really seems to know what happens next. There is some rule change that can allow for the Speaker to be elected by most votes rather than by 218, but right now, the Democrat is getting more votes than McCarthy, so that is really a nonstarter.

Gaetz is nominating Donald Trump, and he has signaled on Truth Social that he is willing to take the job. It would be kinda funny to force people like Dan Crenshaw to vote against him, and put the neocon establishment in the position of “dissenters.”

Probably, McCarthy’s puppet masters are going to tell him to make whatever concessions it takes to win, which are now going to have to go beyond simple procedural changes to actual policy promises. Either that, or Jim Jordan (who is also a shill, frankly) will finally be put up as the consensus candidate.

It would be funnier if Trump won.

Whatever happens, Gaetz already won.
