So is Trump Under Arrest or What? [UPDATE: No.]

3:15 PM EST

Okay, well, so much for daily updates. Nothing happened.

Well, the thing that happened was that the grand jury is apparently canceled because Tits Jenkins, the fat black buck DA, could not convince them a crime had been committed.

Fox News:

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office has “canceled” the grand jury meeting that was scheduled to take place Wednesday as part of the investigation into former President Trump, amid speculation of a possible indictment, two sources familiar told Fox News.

The grand jury was slated to meet Wednesday and was expected to hear from at least one additional witness, but Fox News has learned that Bragg’s office “canceled” the proceedings.

The grand jury was notified Wednesday morning, and was placed “on standby” for Thursday, a source told Fox News.

“We can’t confirm or comment on Grand Jury matters,” Bragg’s office told Fox News.

Two sources familiar told Fox News Digital on Wednesday that the grand jury was canceled amid “major dissension” within the district attorney’s office. One source claimed the district attorney is having trouble convincing the grand jury on potential charges due to the “weakness” of the case.

Jeez.

How embarrassing for black people.

For anyone who somehow doesn’t know, Donald Trump said over the weekend that the Democrats are going to arrest him today for paying a hooker too much or something. Honestly, I don’t even understand what the charges are, but a George Soros prosecutor in New York is going ape after having campaigned on throwing Trump in prison for literally whatever.

Seriously, I’ve tried my best to read about what they’re saying, and I basically gave up. They call it a “scheme to pay hush money” but it is not clear what is illegal about that action.

This is from a USA Today (newspaper for retards) “explainer” (news article for double retards):

The former president is under investigation for a $130,000 payment he made just before the 2016 election to silence Daniels about an earlier affair. He has denied wrongdoing, calling the investigation a politically motivated “witch hunt” and urging his supporters to protest his treatment.

The explainer does not explain. Instead it explains the difference between an arrest and an indictment. I already knew that, because I’m not retarded.

CNBC gave a slightly better “explainer”:

Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen testified over two days last week before the panel in Manhattan Criminal Court, and Daniels spoke with prosecutors via Zoom.

Cohen has admitted to giving Daniels $130,000 to keep her quiet about her claims of having had sex with Trump on one occasion years before the election.

The investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is eyeing how Trump’s company, the Trump Organization, classified the payment and reimbursement to Cohen as legal expenses.

This comes up a lot when you’re trying to figure out what is going on: the organization mislabeled the money when reimbursing Cohen. I’m not an accountant, so I don’t really understand what laws are involved (and no media I’ve seen mentions any specific laws). I’m sure money is very strictly regulated in New York (at least if you’re not Jewish), but even so, if a contract was signed with Daniels and Cohen paid out of pocket, and then was reimbursed by Trump, that seems to qualify as a “reimbursement for a legal expense.” An NDA is a legal document, and therefore the payment itself would be a form of “legal expense.”

Right?

I also read a CNN article (which did not even try to explain what the core charges are) that claimed that Trump’s lawyer talked to Daniels and then he talked to Trump and when he talked to Daniels he became her lawyer somehow, and so that means he was breaking confidentiality by talking to Trump about what she told him.

Point being: it’s clear that the anti-Trump media is incapable of explaining what crime was committed here.

How they hit on the Stormy Daniels thing, we can only speculate. It’s certainly very weird that after years of being accused of being a Russian agent, a criminal, an insurrectionist and terrorist, and so on, they’re now like “well, it looks like you really overpaid this hooker and we won’t stand for it.”

Regardless, I think it’s interesting that this marks the point at which there is no longer any pretext that the law in America is impartial or intent on fairness in any way. The legal system is a political weapon of the Democrats.

The DA, Alvin Bragg, is a full-BLM type of fat nigga who is openly refusing to prosecute actual crimes, such as armed robbery. And again, the guy ran on a promise to get Trump.

It’s actually illegal to selectively enforce laws to intimidate people or push a political agenda. That’s a real crime that Bragg will never get charged with because the legal system is totally political.

You can’t actually have a country without the rule of law. There has to be some kind of system with a set of rules. Even ancient tribes had this structure. And contrary to popular belief, the third world also has rules.

There is corruption in the third world, but it is factored in to a series of rules in the same way American corruption in the form of lobbying and political financing is factored in to a set of rules. Overall, I would say that even before this new direction became clear, America was more corrupt than the third world, because the lobbying and campaign financing operates on a scale massively larger than third world bribery. However, it was still a system with rules. That is gone now.

I said it was gone when they convicted James Fields of murder when he crashed his car because Antifa were attacking him and aiming guns at him while he was trying to escape Charlottesville. (I talked about this on my most recent podcast.) But most people were not aware of the details of the James Fields case. Everyone is aware that a fatass black guy campaigned on using the law to take revenge on Donald Trump and that he’s unable to explain what these charges even are.

There is zero reason any American should respect the law at this point. If you do, you’re just a sucker.

This is an article where I will periodically, throughout the day, ask my readership to give me updates on whether or not Donald Trump has been arrested yet.

Just joking.

Instead, I will surely be the one giving you the updates.

It’s been a while since I did a live news thread. It’s exciting. The hairs on the back of my neck are tingling with static electricity (though that might be because the lad is doing static electricity experiments on me with a balloon).

Remember the old days? We used to have live threads twice a week. Back when things actually happened.

Do you remember the live streams?
