Pelosi Gives Reach-Around to Mass Censorship Campaign Based on Videos of Her

With this video, the Washington Post launched the biggest censorship campaign in all of human history.

I’ve already written up a long article dealing with the Washington Post-organized mass censorship campaign that the media is pushing, using two videos of Nancy Pelosi to claim that anything posted on the internet that makes fun of Democrats or shows them in a bad light must be censored to protect democracy. It’s a very good and very important article, and you should read it. I won’t repeat all that I said there.

We now have a major new development in the case, as Nancy herself has come out to support this censorship campaign, and claimed that anyone who refuses to censor criticism or mockery of her is in league with the Russians.

Washington Post:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Wednesday that Facebook’s refusal to take down an altered video of her shows that the company’s leaders were active contributors to online disinformation and “willing enablers” of Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Pelosi’s comments to KQED News, her first public response to the video since The Washington Post first reported its spread online last week, revealed a dramatic escalation of tensions between the Democratic leader and the world’s most popular social network.

“We have said all along, ‘Poor Facebook, they were unwittingly exploited by the Russians.’ I think wittingly, because right now they are putting up something that they know is false. I think it’s wrong,” she said, according to a transcript of the conversation provided by Pelosi’s office. “They’re lying to the public. . . . I think they have proven — by not taking down something they know is false — that they were willing enablers of the Russian interference in our election.”

“For me, I’m in the arena, I’ve been the target all along,” Pelosi added. But “I wonder what they would do if [Facebook chief executive] Mark Zuckerberg wasn’t portrayed, you know, slowed down, made to look” drunk, she said. If it was “one of their own, would this be — is this their policy? Or is it just a woman?”

Even that sentence written down makes her appear slow and drunk.

Facebook, which declined to comment, has acknowledged the video is doctored but declined to remove it, saying in a statement Friday to The Post, “We don’t have a policy that stipulates that the information you post on Facebook must be true.”

Yes, because if you did require everything to be true, that would set a standard that meant that you couldn’t ever use parody or really any humor.

As I have said repeatedly when addressing this new censorship campaign, you would also have to ban Saturday Night Live parodies.

While “refusing” to ban the video, Facebook has censored it.

Facebook said it has heavily reduced the video’s appearances in people’s “news feeds,” and that the video now plays alongside a small informational box linking to fact checks indicating it is false. When someone attempts to share the video, Facebook issues a pop-up box telling the user there is “additional reporting” on the video but still allows it to be viewed and shared.

But the videos’ spread on Facebook has continued despite those efforts. When The Post first reported last Thursday that the video, which had its speed and sound altered to make Pelosi appear to slur her words, was spreading online, it had been viewed more than 1 million times.

That viewership has since more than doubled, with one version of the video now having more than 2.8 million views, 30,000 comments and 38,000 shares. President Trump’s attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani was among those who tweeted the video, though he later deleted his post.

Monika Bickert, a Facebook vice president for product policy and counterterrorism, said Friday on CNN that the company would remove the video only if it originated from a fraudulent account or posed a threat to public safety.

“We think it’s important for people to make their own informed choice for what to believe,” Bickert said. She added later, “We aren’t in the news business. We’re in the social media business.”

Other Democratic lawmakers have urged Facebook to act more decisively in finding and removing viral disinformation. Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.), who represents Silicon Valley, tweeted on Wednesday that he had already had to explain to a voter that the video was doctored. “Facebook must remove the video,” he said.

If there are people who believe jokes are real life, jokes must be banned?

I guarantee you that there is some “voter” somewhere who watches clips of Alec Baldwin impersonating Donald Trump and thinks it is actually Donald Trump.

The idea that you cannot allow parody or satire anymore because a retard or a senile old person might get confused by it is insane. And this is all simply a gigantic hoax to set a precedent for mass censorship of anything mocking a Democrat.

Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.), chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, said in a statement Sunday that “doctored videos like this are not only vile, partisan trash, they are a sad omen of what is to come in the 2020 election season.”

YouTube removed the video and said it violated “clear policies” on acceptable content. Twitter, which has declined to comment, has not removed the video, which can still be seen in some tweets with limited viewership.

They are also attempting to ban a clip mash-up, claiming that jump cuts amount to “doctoring.”

This is all a show. There is so far not a single instance of one company censoring something and the other companies not agreeing to do the same. Because the media will simply berate whichever company doesn’t censor the thing nonstop until they comply.

Look at this Washington Post article that I am quoting from here. This is a media campaign.

It is absolutely insane that we have a situation in this country where THE MEDIA is leading campaigns to censor THE PUBLIC from being able to speak. And the most insane part is how completely transparent the entire program is. They are not even pretending to not be aggressively campaigning to strip the public of their First Amendment rights.

They’re just saying “it’s to keep you safe.”

And then, to further mock the public, they will go out there and claim that the First Amendment is only for them, and that actually, if you criticize anything they do, you are the one that is against the First Amendment.

Once again you have this lunatic dynamic of the most powerful people in society claiming to be victims of the powerless.

Meanwhile, they will openly publish fake quotes. Brazenly. A TIME Magazine journalist last week published a fake quote from Donald Trump. Huffington Post, which has aggressively called for me to be censored for making jokes they find offensive, recently claimed to have interviewed me personally – which they did not do – and then published fake quotes from me.

I emailed the Huffington Post about these fake quotes, and they simply didn’t respond.

I am currently looking for a lawyer to help me follow-up on this, as I have no idea what kind of fake quotes they are going to print next and they could obviously get me into some kind of legal trouble doing this (never mind my personal reputation).

Just try to imagine this for a second: I read a fake quote from myself. I email them and ask them to remove it. They don’t respond.

And these are the people who are claiming to be the sole possessors of the absolute ability to determine the nature of reality itself!

A Jewish feminist, Naomi Wolf, was recently exposed as writing an entire book based on a false premise, falsely claiming that dozens of homosexuals were executed in Victorian England. Even after this was exposed as completely wrong, the publisher has decided to continue to distribute the book.

We recently watched the entire Jewish media lie on purpose for three years straight about a Russian kookspiracy.

Before that, the media lied on purpose to hoax the Iraq war.

And these are the people claiming both that they are above any criticism AND that they have an absolute right to unilaterally decide what the public is allowed to say publicly.

This is levels of Clown World that are difficult to even process.

The Pelosi videos were chosen at random to be a point of attack to draw a line. If they are able to censor both a parody video and a clip mash-up video, there will be nothing that they are not allowed to censor, and they will be able to choose what they censor arbitrarily.

In every article that the media publishes demanding censorship, they cite previous censorship victories. So after they’ve forced Facebook and Twitter into censoring these Pelosi videos, they will be able to cite those censorship victories when demanding that other content be censored.

Of course, their entire premise is that they are libertarian extremists, and believe that private companies are allowed to strip people of their Constitutional rights because libertarian ideology is more important than the Constitution.

You can decide whether or not you believe the Jewish media is actually made up of ideological libertarians, but what you need to understand is that all internet infrastructure is privately owned. They will talk about this in terms of social media, but the Daily Stormer was kicked off of dozens of domain registries as well as other backbone services in an attempt to make it so that I couldn’t post on the internet at all.

And that is the ultimate goal for all of this censorship. Whenever they talk about removing anything from social media, they are talking about removing it from the internet completely.

And no one is doing anything to try to stop them. In fact, “conservatives” are colluding with these companies, telling people that libertarian principles and ideology are more important than their Constitutional rights.

At this point, I do not think this is going to cease. I don’t think there is any coming back from this. Everything is going to be banned, completely, and the only thing left will be the dark web.

So I suggest you get familiar with the dark web.
