Police Charge Woman in Viral Pizzeria “Racist” Rant, Say Racist Words Won’t be Tolerated

People are going to have public breakdowns from the pressure of having foreign people coming in to replace them in their own homes. That is to be expected.

What is not to be expected is that in America, you will be charged with a crime for a public freakout.

In fact, these police are violating the law, harassing and threatening this woman with charges for a public freakout, and if we still lived in a society of laws, this DA and the cops that enabled him would be facing prison time for this.

New York Post:

A woman who went viral after she was filmed berating a Pennsylvania pizzeria’s staff with in a “profane, racially fueled tirade” is now facing charges, police said.

The woman, identified by police as 55-year-old Rita Bellew, “was apparently triggered, at least in part” by a Spanish-language program playing on a TV at Amy’s Pizzeria and Italian Restaurant in Hatboro, a suburb of Philadelphia, last week, the Hatboro Police Department said.

Bellew took her rage out on the restaurant’s owner, video of the ugly scene shows.

On Friday, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Hatboro Police Chief James E. Gardner announced that Bellew was charged with ethnic harassment and intimidation and was issued a summons.

Bellew’s court date has not yet been scheduled.

When we viewed the video, it was really over the top. It was a racially-fueled, profane rant directed at their heritage and it’s not going to be tolerated,” Hatboro Chief of Police James Gardner told WPVI.

So, there you have it.

If this is allowed to go forward, it basically means that we now have “hate speech” laws in America, and that we can all be charged under this for typing words on the internet that supposedly hurt someone’s feelings.

They’ve been trying to do this for years, and it hasn’t stuck. And presumably, this will get thrown out as well.

But we keep inching closer and closer to speech laws in America.

You have so very little freedom in America that it is out of place that you’re still allowed to be a racist. Most of the public would either support speech laws, not care, or not say anything.
