“Red Flag” Soviet-Style Snitch Laws Amount to the Abolishing of the Second Amendment

Politicians are all devious Jew shills. Worse, they are completely humorless.

Whatever you personally think of mass murder, a bunch of fat, squat Mexicans getting blown away at a Walmart is objectively hilarious.

But now, for the first time ever, a bunch of Republicans are calling for European-Style Socialist restrictions on guns.

Adam Kinzinger (I don’t think he’s Jewish, actually) has been a Republican anti-gun activist for a long time and he is leading the charge. He appeared on CNN with Chris Cuomo to discuss his evil plans to crack down on white people.

Breitbart:

Kinzinger said that any political extremism that resorts to violence should be legally treated as terrorism, and “this is absolutely terrorism. As much as I hate ISIS, I hate white nationalism, and any political violence like that.”

He added, “I think gun purchases need to be raised — the age needs to be raised to 21. Right now, to buy a handgun in this country, you have to be 21, and the initial thought was, well, we’re exempting under — basically, long guns because that’s things like hunting gear and shooting shotguns. But I think that now, obviously, is defining things like purchasing an AR, which are — in many of these mass shootings is actually used. So, I think raising that age to 21, still allowing people in the military to carry their service weapon or cops that are under the age of 21. The next thing is, we do need universal background checks, and doing it in a way that it’s not cumbersome when there’s a private transfer. If I’m going to buy a weapon from my father, for instance, which I’ve done before, that doesn’t have to be cumbersome. And I think looking at the heart that exists too, and the recognition that there is real evil. Why are people feeling, both this draw to evil, the draw to violence? Why are they feeling totally isolated in this country? That’s not a government solution.”

Kinzinger’s unhinged vitriol isn’t being fully echoed by the rest of the Gay Old Party, but many, many mainstream Republicans are talking about a lunatic “red flag” system that would allow people to do Soviet-style snitching on their neighbors to get their guns taken from them by calling the cops.

New York Times:

Congressional Republicans, under intense pressure to respond to this weekend’s massacres, are coalescing around legislation to help law enforcement take guns from those who pose an imminent danger — a measure that, if signed into law, would be the most significant gun control legislation enacted in 20 years.

Now, after back-to-back shootings this weekend left 31 people dead in El Paso and Dayton, Ohio, Republicans who have long resisted gun restrictions appear rattled. In Ohio, Gov. Mike DeWine was shouted down on Sunday by mourners in Dayton demanding that he “do something.” On Tuesday, he urged his fellow Republicans in the state legislature to pass measures establishing red flag powers and expanding background checks.

“They were absolutely right,” Mr. DeWine said Tuesday morning at a news conference. “We must do something, and that is exactly what we are going to do.”

Representative Michael R. Turner, a Republican whose district includes Dayton, went further.

“I will support legislation that prevents the sale of military-style weapons to civilians, a magazine limit and red flag legislation,” he said in a statement Tuesday. “The carnage these military-style weapons are able to produce when available to the wrong people is intolerable.”

But in the Senate, where a background checks bill failed in 2013 after 26 children and staff members were gunned down at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., red flag laws may be the only gun-related measure that could squeeze through. President Trump endorsed the idea on Monday in a speech from the White House, giving skittish Republicans cover to embrace it.

The laws authorize courts to issue orders allowing police to temporarily confiscate firearms from a person deemed by a judge as posing a risk of violence. Often, requests for the orders come from relatives and friends concerned about a gun owner who expresses suicidal thoughts or threatens to harm others.

Senator John Thune of South Dakota, the No. 2 Republican, told his hometown newspaper, The Argus Leader, that he was “confident Congress will be able to find common ground on the so-called red flag issue.” Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, has already proposed legislation that would offer federal grants to states to help them enact and enforce red flag laws, also known as “extreme risk protection orders.”

And Mr. McConnell has asked three committee chairmen to “reflect on the subjects the president raised” and hold bipartisan talks of “potential solutions.”

Red flag legislation also appears poised to move in the House. The Judiciary Committee was consulting with its members on Tuesday about whether to briefly return to Washington from a six-week recess to advance a red flag bill and other gun-related legislation, according to an aide to the committee.

If anyone can take away your Second Amendment rights by reporting you to the police, then guess what? You don’t have any Second Amendment rights.

Red flag laws are a complete abolishment of the Second Amendment, worse even than the “Assault Weapons Ban” of Bill Clinton. All that did was make it so you couldn’t purchase certain guns – what they’re talking about is a law that allows the government to come into your home and take your guns from you, if someone reports that you have a bad attitude or whatever.

Again: this “report on your neighbors” thing was already tried in the Soviet Union, and the results were not good at all.

As the NYT mentions, these sorts of shills promoting this are emboldened by Donald Trump’s lunatic statements endorsing “red flag laws” during a speech where he also talked about how white people deserve to be killed.

I hate to say that he said that, but he did on Monday go up and read from a teleprompter and say that whites should all be killed.

Donald Trump is completely senile, and this is a very large problem.

To be fair, he did at least say that the gun doesn’t pull the trigger. But whenever you are talking about how guns need to be restricted in any way in order to slow violence, you are implicitly blaming the guns for the violence.

You never know what the hell is going to come out of the orange man’s mouth, and maybe he’ll walk this back. But I honestly can’t even believe we’re having this conversation.

Dead Walmart Mexicans are simply the price of freedom. If these people want to stop people from killing Mexicans at Walmart, maybe they should look at the demands of the people who do that. They’re not unreasonable.

There can be no compromise between “red flag” neighbor-snitching laws and the Second Amendment. You can either have one or the other. Do not mistake this: what Donald Trump and the rest of these people are talking about is abolishing the Second Amendment. That is what this is.

The actual question is: is the average Trump supporter stupid enough to go along with abolishing the First Amendment because Trump’s ego was bruised when Jews told him he was responsible for a mass shooting?

It is absolute madness that it would be a Republican president that bans guns in the wake of a shooting of Mexicans.

Surely, if we are to assume Sandy Hook was real and not a crisis actor hoax, then Sandy Hook was much worse than this. And a Democrat president couldn’t get through a gun bill after that.

The best we can do is just spread the meme that what these people are talking about is a de facto abolishment of the Second Amendment.

Trump was doing so great recently too.

And this shooting is absolutely not a big deal. The media is going to have to forget about it, because one of their guys did a mass shooting the same day. And anyway, these things just happen every week now, and no one has the emotional reserves to care anymore.

All Trump was required to say is “thoughts and prayers” and then do nothing.

But no.

He had Jared Kushner write him a teleprompter speech.
