Donald Trump’s rally in Minneapolis has turned heads after people pointed out that it looked more like a Justin Bieber concert rather than a political meeting.
Teenage girls and boys were seen crying tears of joy as the US president talked about his win in the 2016 election to a 20,000-strong crowd in Minnesota.
Trump hit back at his usual foes – Hilary Clinton, Joe Biden, Barack Obama – during his rally, saying Biden “was only a good vice president because he understood how to kiss Barack Obama’s a**”.
The US president’s speech lasted for a long 102 minutes, in which he discussed the recent impeachment inquiry placed against him, among other topics.
He said: “I’m energised, because we’re draining the swamp.
“The Democrats’ brazen attempt to overthrow our government will produce a backlash at the ballot box the likes of which they have never ever seen before in the history of this country.”
Trump also took the time to mention how he didn’t need the support of big celebrities such as Beyoncé, Jay-Z and The Boss.
