I’m trying really hard but I can’t manage to give a shit.
RT:
Donald Trump has won the South Carolina Republican primary, comfortably defeating the state’s former governor, Nikki Haley, according to projections by multiple news agencies.
Trump is leading with 60.1% of the votes with 60% of the ballots counted, according to the New York Times.
The 45th president’s victory was expected, and he remains the frontrunner to be nominated by Republican party to challenge Joe Biden, whose time in office he has portrayed as disastrous for the country.
In a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference earlier that day, Trump attacked Biden’s mental state and his record as president, arguing that American institutions would “collapse” if he receives a second term. He predicted that “hordes of illegal aliens” will continue to cross the border with Mexico under Biden’s watch.
Is 60% even a good number?
No one thought Haley had any chance of winning. Celebrating a Trump victory here is like celebrating Floyd Mayweather’s victory over Conor McGregor.
The ballots aren’t all counted, so maybe it will be much higher, but if Haley got 40%, she is in a position to run as a third party candidate.
I’m not a doomer, because I think the empire is going to collapse and everything is going to be sunshine and lollipops (at least after a decade or so of pretty serious violence).
But I am telling you, as a matter of fact: no matter what happens, this system cannot be fixed. Donald Trump cannot fix anything. He didn’t fix anything the first time, why would he do it a second time?
And how can he win a fake election?
I’m not a doomer.
I’m just telling you: don’t get excited about this. The people telling you to get excited are delusional, or doing it for clicks.
Nothing is going to be fixed without this bitch burning down.
