Tulsi Gabbard has come out and stated that former African president of America Barack Obama is probably behind the recent “Disinformation Governance Board” that was announced by the Biden people.

She pointed out that Obama has given speeches about this topic of “hunting disinformation.”

In the speech in question, delivered at Stanford University, Obama argued that while social media platforms have taken efforts against “dangerous content” that “should be applauded,” decisions about moderation “shouldn’t be left solely to private interests.”
“These decisions affect all of us, and just like every other industry that has a big impact in our society, that means these big platforms need to be subject to some level of public oversight and regulation,” he said.
Obama has stepped up warnings about online disinformation in recent weeks, giving a number of speeches on the issue this month alone, in addition to a conference organized by the Obama Foundation to discuss “creative solutions” to the problem.
The Biden administration announced the new Disinformation Governance Board last week, noting it will operate under the authority of the Department of Homeland Security. Though officials have stated the board will “monitor” supposed “disinformation” online in a “nonpartisan” and “apolitical” manner, the full scope of its activities remains unclear, despite later clarifications from DHS chief Alejandro Mayorkas.
Marc Andreessen recently dug up an interesting quote from Nina Jankowicz, the 33-year-old Tumblr-tier head of this board, where the woman claims that she is struggling to hunt down “malign creativity,” which is coded language that censored people use to avoid censors.

At least she admits we’re creative.
But that proves a notable point: they initially said this was all about “harassment” and protecting people’s feelings – they still call it “safety.” And secret coded languages from being trying to avoid censorship definitely disproves that claim, and makes it clear that this is about silencing all dissent – including hidden dissent, that is opaque and impenetrable to the uninitiated.
They want all of your thoughts to belong to them.
It will be interesting to see if they snap over this Elon Twitter takeover and start trying to push open laws against speech. It’s still not clear what Nina is going to be doing, given that there are no laws on the books she can use to enforce the mind control agenda.
